Monarch did my roof over a year ago. I recently had an issue with one of the tiles that was no fault of there's and they still sent someone out to fix it. TOP NOTCH customer service. I couldn't be happier. Even before I choose them to do the work over a year ago I spent months looking for a roofing company. Monarch was the ONLY ONE to SHOW me their work in the area and was very professional. Victor and his team did and continues to do an excellent job. My roof still looks great!!!!

Everytime you hire someone to work on your house you're taking a gamble, especially in South Florida. Please let me be clear, MONARCH ROOFING WAS THE BEST CHOICE WE COULD HAVE MADE FOR OUR RE-ROOF. Victor and his team were prompt, courteous, on time, neat, considerate, communicative EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Everything we were told came to fruition, and of course the weather co-operated so there were no real time snags. Even if there had been, the experience wouldn't have been bad. I promise you, you can hire Monarch for your roofing projects, and you will not have to worry about it.

Great job on our roof. Our neighbor recommended Monarch after they handled his repair. Our tile/flat roof was original, 40+ years old. Monarch performed a couple urgent repairs to help us limp along until we could budget a larger job. Sam was responsive and attentive during this process. On one occasion, Sam even returned to handle something free of charge even though it was not their fault (result of chasing a 40+ year old paper issue at the tile/flat roof tie-in). When we were ready for a reroof, Sam was first to respond with a competitive all-inclusive (roof and gutters) quote that made selecting them easy. When additional unforeseen fascia work was encountered, they handled it, then worked with us to get it painted before beautiful seamless gutter installation. They hit the job in force, handled the permitting, cleaned up at the end of each day, and did not let the job drag on. In fact the house next door got a reroof at the same time. Monarch started after them and finished a week earlier, even given the added fascia scope. Bottom line we got a quality roof, competitive price, done professionally, on schedule, as promised, with warranty.

Monarch Roofing repaired my roof and warrantied it for 5 years. Two years later the roof is leaking in the same place. Contractor refuses to fix it. The owner should to honor his warranty and repair the roof leak or refund $900 so I can hire another contractor.
