We noticed a roof leak after a few days of rainstorms. We reached out to many roofers and Ashley from Monarch was quick to respond. Adam came the next day to assess the damage, gave us his honest opinions of our options, pros and cons, etc. They were very patient with us and answered all our questions about repairs vs. a complete reroofing, shingles versus tiles, etc.

After deliberating our options, we decided to hire Monarch Roofing to switch our tile roof to shingles. Once we agreed to go with Adam and Ashley, the project started without a hitch, communication was very easy and constant, the workers were quick and professional. They took care to clean up after every day and took care of all our needs.

Among the many roofers we reached out to, Monarch Roofing with Adam and Ashley seemed to genuinely care about their customers, take pride in their work and treated us with the utmost care.

We recommend them to anyone looking to get a repair, a reroof, or just have any questions about roofing in general. They will treat you like family!

Ashley and Adam were great to work with! We discovered a leak after recent rain and started getting a few quotes to fix/replace our roof. Ashley is great at communicating and Adam was very nice when he came out and gave a few options for repairing vs replacing. We were going to get a few more quotes but there was rain coming within a few days and we needed to decide quick so we could have our roof covered to prevent further damage. We felt comfortable going with Monarch Roofing without needing to get more quotes so we booked our contract on a Sunday and they came out Monday to put plastic over our roof before they could come out and start the replacement.

During the replacement Ashley was great at communicating the timeline and the workers were always punctual. They did a very thorough job cleaning up after and we were very happy with our decision to use Monarch Roofing.

Monarch roofing is a top quality company. I had a major leak from poor builder quality as the house is only 10 years old. Less than an hour was his initial contact time. Adam, the owner came out the next day and gave a fair appraisal. We had to wait for our insurance company to approve the appraisal. Ashley was great in maintaining communication, and was just a text away. Adam, and a coworker were fast and efficient in fixing the leak. I highly recommend this company. We had a roof leak on our porch during the rainy season. We called Monarch, they were able to come out, walk the roof and give us an estimate. They were back in less than a week to complete the work. They were also able to fix 2 other spots on the roof that would have eventually led to leaks. We are new to CA and to having a tile roof. They fixed our roof before the damage was really bad and they talked to us about what we can do for preventative care (which we needed). Everyone we spoke to was kind and professional. Ashley and Adam were very responsive throughout the process. They were quick and cleaned everything up when they were done. We are so happy with their service, we will be contacting them for all of our roofing needs.

All I can say is that this company is a small, family-run business that has great integrity by my standards. I called 3 companies out to investigate a roof leak that appeared after a big rain storm. Monarch was the only one that actually climbed upon the roof to investigate. They charged me half as much as another company for the same repair and completed the repair in 1 day.

After the last major rainstorm, I noticed that not a drip of water fell through the previously damaged area. I want to thank the team at Monarch for a job well done.
