All I can say is that this company is a small, family-run business that has great integrity by my standards. I called 3 companies out to investigate a roof leak that appeared after a big rain storm. Monarch was the only one that actually climbed upon the roof to investigate. They charged me half as much as another company for the same repair and completed the repair in 1 day.

After the last major rainstorm, I noticed that not a drip of water fell through the previously damaged area. I want to thank the team at Monarch for a job well done.

Had a roof leak and called Monarch for a quote. They came out and gave me a great quote. Asked them to also look at our sky light that has been cracked (but not leaking) while he was here. They gave me a competitive quote and were very thorough in there bid. They came out and did the job and cleaned up everything. Very happy with the results and they even took a lot of pictures to show me the before and after of what they did on the roof. Highly recommend!

We discovered some leaks after a few days of rain and requested a quote on Yelp. Ashley replied immediately and was so easy to work with to schedule a consultation with Adam. He came to look and was very honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done, which included fixing some work that a previous roofer did.
They scheduled us their soonest date and were on time, efficient, thorough, and sent detailed photos of the work that was completed. They even cleaned out our gutters and added a missing pipe flashing without us even asking. Our sunroom still had some leaking after another rain, and Ashley was so responsive she got someone to put up plastic over the sunroom the same day until they could come fix the issue. She has been so kind, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure they do a good job and that you are 100% satisfied. Adam and Ashley are a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof work!

I was actually shocked at the excellent service and communication because these days its hard to get good service anywhere for anything at all!
