Monarch came out and did a tile relay for our house and they did an amazing job!

I contacted 5 different companies for quotes, some were too low to be true, others took weeks to reply to a single message. Ashley at Monarch was in constant and prompt communication the entire time.

When work started Martin, the crew manager, was professional and explained the entire process. He and the crew did an amazing job, they got our roof fixed ahead of schedule and right before a big storm.

I have already recommended Monarch to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

Where do I start? I called about nine roofing companies. Some responded with a typical ""both owners have to be there before you can make a appointment "" sales tactic. Some of them missing appointments and the other ones that did show up just didn't feel right. Then comes Monarch roofing in Orange. Ashley is awesome, she answered the phone every step of the way and called us every step of the way, even after the job was done a week later. This is old school customer service. The crew was great as well. Martin was an experienced crew leader and you could just tell he knew what he was doing. A new roof in 3-5 days, passed both inspections and the quality is huge! As you can tell I'm very happy! I'm so tired of all these other companies making it so hard. Do yourself a favor and get a quality roof from Monarch Roofing.

The tile roofing project was done in a timely and professional manner, and all was left clean and organized on a day-to-day basis. Monarch Roofing replaced the roof on our 100+ year old home. After calling just about every company in the area, they were the first ones to actually show up and get on our roof to give an estimate. The owners of the company were involved every step of the way. Their prices were very fair and the quality of work was excellent. When other companies were estimating several months lead time, Monarch started the project within 2 weeks of being hired and finished earlier than anticipated. They went above and beyond in several ways and made the project as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them for roofing projects.

I was so impressed with Adam and Ashley from the beginning of our project to the end. They came highly recommended in our city Facebook group page and we now understand why. They stood far apart from every other company we interviewed. Adam came out on a terribly rainy day to help us in an emergency and we can never thank him enough for that. Ashley, the office manager, came by and provided samples for us and went over every single question we had. She was always an easy call or text away. Adam also is part of an elite group of roofers who hold a special designation from GAF due to his training and technical skills. We ended up hiring them to put a new roof on our home. We not only love it, but even more important, is we have confidence that the job was done to the highest standards. This means a lot to us and my family as we've dealt with several leaks and know how terrible it is to have the interior of your home damaged from a bad roof. If you are reasding this review, be sure to include this company in your bidding/interview process. This is one company you should closely consider. We are so glad we did.

So many great things to say about Monarch Roofing!! Our insurance inspector even said the same thing - she knows their work and recommends them when she can. Adam and Ashley were amazing to deal with. Everything was clear and concise on what to be expected. From the initial estimate, to receiving the estimate and setting up the repairs, then the actual repairs themselves. The guys who came out for the repairs, were kind and courteous! I cannot recommend Monarch Roofing enough! They have been super easy to work. I HIGHLY recommend Monarch Roofing.

Our new to us home had some ceiling marking indicative of leakage, so I asked Monarch to come out. They checked everything thoroughly, took lots of pictures both inside and out, and then let me know the leaks were already repaired properly. They didn't try to sell me anything at all!
