Found this company on Yelp last year because my parent's house needed a brand new roof. Monarch's quote was very reasonable and Ashley was very helpful throughout the whole process. The workers were very polite and hardworking, and cleaned up the site beautifully. The end result was perfect. I also used Monarch to replace a lot of broken tiles on my own house and couldn't be happier. This is a top-notch roofing contractor with awesome customer service, and the owners are super nice. I can't recommend them highly enough, they are worth every bit of the 5 stars they get online!

I did not hear from them for a week. By the time they contacted me, a couple of contractors already came out and gave me a detailed proposals. I was trying to make a decision and it was too late in the fame for them. At least they did contact me and were nice about it when I said I already found a contractor.

Requested to redo the rear 1st-floor roof above the family room. We had a leak of a year ago but only could manage a handyman to fix a portion due to continuous weather delays. Ashley of Monarch called the next business day and arranged for Adam to see and quote the job. Quite pleased with the process so finally approve the job. Finally, got them to come over after the last weather delay in May. Miguel, Yokol, & Tomas arrived before 8am on Saturday. Pleased that they could work on Saturday too. I watched them do the work for about 4 hours asking questions. Ashley was proactive by phone in communicating with me and the repair team. Very pleased that the repair team can answer my questions. The team is SMART enough to use google translate to answer my inquiries. Overall happy with the work done and highly recommend Monarch roofing.

They did a good job of communicating, and conducting business professionally, and very responsibly. Clean quality work with a credible guarantee. Adam (and his wife) was very responsive, extremely helpful and patient. Some of the issues required several follow-up visits. He graciously, and promptly followed up without hesitation every time--even in the rain! This business is family owned and operated. The prices are competitive and reasonable--good value. It helps if you are versed in Spanish, as workers, did good work and were respectful, but barely spoke English. However, the cell phone (Google Translation app) came to the rescue. I highly recommend this roofing company.

They replaced missing broken concrete tiles and reattached some loose ones. It's hard to verify the actual quality, because I do not wish to climb on the roof and confirm. But outside looks great. They moved some tiles from inconspicuous location in the back to the front of the house in order to match the color of the missing tiles. Some other tiles they painted. You cannot see any difference. Their quote was not the lowest, but they provided more services, cleaning gutters, caulking and mortaring. Throughout the entire experience, Ashley communicated back to me promptly. She was very accommodating, and put my wife at ease when it came to color matching issues. Excellent cleanup. Left our yard cleaner than it was before they came on the job. The only minor issue to point out is the fact that spoken English proficiency of the crew (3 people) was poor. Regretfully, I do not speak Spanish! We had to use Google translate by speech app. Another time, Ashley was able to join on speakerphone and clarify things with the foreman (Yoko). Having said that, it's nit-picking. I would only take a quarter point off due to language barrier. Therefore, to me it's still a 5-star service!

Definitely, will call them first in the future if we ever need any roofing job!

Outstanding experience all around! Don't even bother to call anyone else. Response time was super fast and Ashley scheduled an appointment right away to see what was causing our leak. Adam came out and was very friendly, thorough and professional. Showed us detailed pics of what the problem was and explained how the repairs will be done. Got our estimate really fast and Ashley scheduled us right away before the next rain storm was coming. Workers were so tidy and did a great job. They worked the whole time and really hustled and did a great job. They cleaned up so well each day you'd never know any work was going on.
Job was perfect and happy to say not a single leak when the rain came in.

Monarch came out and did a tile relay for our house and they did an amazing job!

I contacted 5 different companies for quotes, some were too low to be true, others took weeks to reply to a single message. Ashley at Monarch was in constant and prompt communication the entire time.

When work started Martin, the crew manager, was professional and explained the entire process. He and the crew did an amazing job, they got our roof fixed ahead of schedule and right before a big storm.

I have already recommended Monarch to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.
