We performed a significant search to find an organization that could provide roofing repair and reconstruction services for our very unique roof.

Monarca General Construction carefully listened to our requirements, created a thorough bid, was patient to respond to my detail implementation questions and was rewarded with a contract.

The work started on time and was completed effectively and on time. The employees were polite, hard working and the job site was kept clean during the construction process.

Now that we have experienced many rainstorms since the work has been completed I am happy to say that the workmanship is now weather proven and top notch.

I am very impressed with the management style of the owner (Alex) and each and every one of the employees that came to our house.

Our condo got flooded, Alex was highly recommended. He provided a very reasonable quote and started the reconstruction process. Alex and team covered the dry walls, painted the entire condo and finally finished the big job of installing the best looking new laminated floors. My wife and I seen the results and it's the best new flooring we have ever seen. They completed the work within the timeline provided. They team went and above to get the whole condo back to normal. The condo looks even better than before we purchased the place. The work and service was outstanding. We had a great experience with Monarca construction. Alex and his team were true professionals--I'd hire them again in a second. I sent a request via Yelp and they scheduled a site visit for the following day, after which they provided a prompt and reasonable estimate. They completed the work within our compressed timeline and to a very high standard. Alex even followed up after the job was complete to make sure the inspector didn't have any issues. As good as it gets and such a rare find in the Bay. I'll definitely use their services again.

Excellent service and very curteous.Had one call to have appointment to get an estimate. Alex showed up on time and had very reasonable quote for the job. Went above and beyond and performed other needed service and repair as well. Also checked out part of a rain gutter and cleared up leafs and debris, did a water wash, this work was not part of the quote. Original quote was for replacing broken tiles and other clauking issues , all were fixed professionally . Very satisfied with the workmanship. Highly recommend.
