Back in August 2023, a Molsbee Roofing employee driving a Molsbee Roofing truck on the way to a job site rear ended my wife, causing over $20,000 of damage to her vehicle. The employee was found to be at fault by both my and Molsbee Roofing's insurance companies. However, the employee was not listed on the policy and was effectively an uninsured motorist. From the moment of the collision, Mark Molsbee and his office staff were unresponsive, unhelpful, unapologetic, and did everything they could to avoid taking responsibility and to make the process as difficult as possible. After their insurance company denied the claim, they stopped responding entirely, forcing us to file an uninsured motorist claim with our own insurance.

This glimpse into how Molsbee Roofing operates makes it clear you should stay as far away from this company as possible, both as a customer and as a driver. We have filed a complaint with the Florida DPBR and are committed to making sure they are held responsible for their negligent failure to properly insure their operations, and their refusal to take responsibility.

I had a suspected roof leak, called Molsbee. Leo came at exactly the appointment time, promptly inspected the area and took many pictures. Leo provided an analysis and recommendation on the spot, very professional.
I recommend this company and Leo to anyone needing a roofer.

Their employees are professional, they use quality materials and they perform all the work efficiently and they are competitively priced.
The new roofs at our complex are beautiful. We have received many compliments from owners and others. All on-site work was supervised that ensured that all work was performed to the highest standards. Work was started promptly each day and at the end of each day debris was removed. We are extremely pleased with the final result and I would highly recommend Molsbee Roofing.

Molsbee Roofing ""A roofing company with integrity"" right up until the point they actually have to be responsible. I had to get a new tire because they seemingly can't do something so simple as to not leave nails laying around. The owners response was ""I don't want to pay for a new tire"" guess what? I didn't want to have your nail in my tire. I didn't want to have to get a new tire but had to because the nail was in the side wall. I didn't want to have to sit in a waiting room for three hours to have the tire replaced. I didn't want to have to continually call your company looking for you to do the right thing, and get the same answer which was no answer at all. If you read this and decide to move forward with this company you better hope you don't have any issues because if you do don't expect them to do the right thing as Molsbee Roofing has no integrity.

I got three estimates, theirs landed in the middle. I chose Molsbee Roofing because they conducted themselves very professionally from start to finish. The Man giving the quote, the crew did an excellent job, very neat and the Woman in the office answered all my questions promptly.
We are very happy with their service.

Called reference a roof leak. I asked female answering phone if door work in N Broward said, yes. Then mentioned I have a leak maybe need to fix it or need new roof. Female said, we do not come to Broward for repairs only for whole roof. Female then wanted all my information and I questioned why if won't come to Broward for my work. From that point the female had an attitude. Unbelievable. I got an attitude just trying to see if they can help. I am the one that contacted Molsbee Roofing and took my time to do it. You can image using a company that starts off with an attitude what would happen if there was a roof install issue. I would not recommend this company based on my specific experience with them on the phone.
