Founded in 2004, MOKO Construction Services, and became a Limited Liability Corporation in 2009.

In 2004, MOKO's owner bought and developed a speculative property in Denton County as a secondary venture. In the following five years, we established a dedicated clientele, and MOKO evolved into a full-time business. Since then, we have continued to grow and broaden our service offerings.
