The inception of Moerman-Clark took place in May 1983. The founders, Walter J. Moerman and Jon W. Clark, started with a small team of six and aimed to create ""The Roofing Store,"" a comprehensive destination for roofing materials. Despite our growth, Moerman-Clark has preserved its ""family-style"" values and operational methods. Such qualities are essential and greatly appreciated in our company. Our unique combination of quality service and a proactive attitude has fostered a loyal customer base across San Francisco, the Mid-Peninsula, North, South, and East Bay, as well as coastal regions.
