The worst and most frustrating dealing with this company is the lack of communication. The sales people will call you non-stop and be aggressive during the sale and after the sale until you sign the contract, but after you close the deal, do not expect them to answer your calls or text messages.

The company hire contractors to do the job. I would advice not to pay twice the price for your renovation and hire the contractor directly. I have to deal with the contractors myself, so, I do not know why I paid a premium to receive such an unprofessional treatment.

I will definitely do not recommend to hire Modernize Green Solutions.

I was referred to Modernize by a colleague of mine. Had to replace my roof due to leaks and insurance issues.
I was really impressed by the professionalism and how swift the process was.
In less than a month from when the contract was signed the project was concluded.

If you are considering hiring this company to do your windows, doors roof, or any other work - I highly recommend that you STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE.
They will give you a great price, and even sign a contract so you feel secure. But then they will play around and jimmy the numbers, even if you already have a contract in place. Ultimately they will over-inflate the price and they will RIP YOU OFF for extra money that you did not agree to.
NEVER sign anything with this company - they are shysters. Especially their representative Yair Regev.
Yair cannot stop himself from stealing your money and continually finding new ways to rip you off, even after he has agreed to a signed contract.
NEVER EVER hire Modernize Green Solutions.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HIGHLY DISHONEST VENDOR.
I know from experience because Yair and MGS TRICKED ME into allowing them to steal money from me.
They are VERY SMART! Buyer BEWARE.
