Arman and the Modern Roofing crew did an amazing job replacing my very old wood shake roof with new asphalt shingles. it was a very involved job to demo the disintegrating wood shakes, place new roof sheathing, roofing membrane and shingles. The roof has several hipped sections, various slopes and even 2 flat roofed sections and the crew handled it all without any issues. the site was cleaned each day which I appreciate as a homeowner and all of the crew were as polite and as quiet as they could be when replacing a roof. the whole job happened within a week and was right on schedule. Arman as project manager always kept me informed about when and what was happening each day which gave me confidence that the job would be done right. They had competitive pricing and a high level of competence and professionalism - I couldn't ask for more than that.

My roof was 45 years old with no plywood, and old wood shingles with asphalt shingles on top of the wood. I met with several roofing contractors and decided on Modern Roofing. I have never been so pleased with a contractor ever. They did everything that they said that they were going to do. All of the crew was very kind, respectful and perfectionist's. Harry was my project manager and a class act. No pressure while we were looking at numbers. They removed all of the insulation and debris with a vacuum and replaced with new insulation. I highly recommend Modern Roofing.

Just finished my roof replacement in Glendale and had a great experience with them. Our project coordinator Armin is always on top of the project and he delivers what he promised. Our roof turned out great and cannot ask for anything more.

I called Modern roofing and they came the next day. Brian and Jacob were very professional and explained very well and wrote everything what needs to be done in my roof. With less than a week, they were able to finished the job. Job well done!!!

Buyer beware. If they refer you to Modern Roofing, hang up. Modern Roofing Sales rep, Leo promised five men to replace my roof instead they had one man work his as off, for four days and when they added a second man for half a day he parked on my front lawn. Legally I can't park on my front lawn without getting a ticket. The salesman Leo will say anything to take the blame off himself. By law they have to charge for new smoke detectors in every contract. I never got them until they failed inspection because of it. He was either going to pocket the money for the smoke detectors or ???????? What other reason would he have other than that. Just to make sure I don't get them for any other work at my home, I will never hire someone off of Facebook ever again. They also go under the name of Modern Renovations.
