I wanted an estimate from Gustavo the owner to inspect the roof and look for signs of repair around our wooden gutters. Gustavo arrogantly said that the ""roof looked fine"" and does not need to go on the roof? WTF?? I insisted that he go on the roof as he mentioned earlier on the phone prior to coming to our property that he will need to bring his ladder. What's the point of having an estimate if he doesn't go on the roof and verify if there are issues? This guy is super arrogant and lazy.

As far as getting the job done on time and with ease to us this is the company. Within 10 days of getting in touch with Ivan we have a new roof. It looks great from the ground. I don't climb ladders at my age, nor does my husband so I'm not getting up close. It's a 2 story apartment. Thank you Ivan and crew.

I am super pleased with the roofing job done by Ivan and his crew. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and totally cleaned up after themselves every day. Their price was very competitive, coming in well below the other estimates I got.

In addition to the modified bitumen torch down roof, they replaced a large skylight over the kitchen, added 5 new tubular skylights throughout the house, and also replaced my ancient attic fan.

The job was further complicated because I was installing solar panels and upgrading my electric service at the same time. Ivan was excellent about coordinating with the other two contractors and even came back when they were done to make sure everything was properly sealed up.

I couldn't be happier with the job and would definitely call them again if I needed roofing work in the future.

Outfit doesn't bother returning phone calls or web requests. They might be great roofers for all I know, but they don't treat customers with courtesy or respect.

When I called about a new roof Ivan sent someone out for and estimate that same day. He asked what I wanted and took some pictures of the roof and had and estimate to me the next day. I could not believe what a great price he gave me for the new roof. Than he scheduled it the next week and finished the roof in less than 2 days. He was on time and did a professional and quality job. I called many people for estimates and most just did not reply or did not show up when they were suppose too. The roof looks terrific and I have not had any problems with leaks or any other items. Hands down he is the best roofer in the area and works very hard and professional all the time.

After a big storm in March, my mattress, rugs, and many furniture in the in-law unit were soaking wet from a severe roof leak. I called several roofing companies to schedule an appointment before another big storm due in a couple days. One said their soonest appointment was three weeks away. Another came by and gave us a quote for more than a thousand dollar to temporarily cover a 400 sq ft flat roof with plastic!

I finally got in touch with Ivan of Peninsula Roofing. He showed up on time a day before the storm, and patched the roof at a reasonable price. My roof didn't have any leak during the second storm. A few weeks later, after the rain was done, I hired Peninsula Roofing to reslope and replace the whole roof. They did an excellent job, and I would strongly recommend them. Ivan is very professional and caring, and his crew did a great job.

We just used Peninsula Roofing for a roof repair (thanks a lot El Nino). Ivan came to take a look at the damage the same day that I called and provided a quote within 24 hours. He was also able to schedule the repair to be done in less than 2 weeks (during a break in the rain). He provided before and after pictures and gave recommendations for future roof replacement (with pictures of our worn shingles). Peninsula Roofing/Ivan were very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. The quote included materials and labor - there were no hidden fees. The repair work was done in 1 day. Once we are ready to get a new roof we will definitely call Peninsula Roofing to do the job!
