Our roof was close to 30 years old and needed to be replaced, including all new plywood. I called Modern Roofing and had a meeting setup with Shawn. He took measurements, gave me a quote, and they were able to get started the next day. The crew worked through 100+ degree temps to get the old roofs removed and a new roof installed on 2 separate structures in about a week. Shawn kept me updated through the process. Now we have a nice, new roof and new vents. I would not hesitate to recommend Modern Roofing.

Modern roofing and Arman are incredible. They were quick to respond and worked on my parents's roof within 10 or 11 days since first contact. Arman was incredibly thorough and detail oriented in the contract which made checking off items easy to follow. My mom had a different idea of what ""finished"" looked like and somehow Arman was incredible in putting in lots of extra effort to communicate between Modern Roofing and my mom to find a mutually agreed on solution. That deserves a medal in itself!
