Mary L.Modern Roofers just replaced the roof on my Mom's 1930's house. They are prompt, professional and conscientious. The owner (Edward) was very patient answering all of our questions and delivered on everything promised. They did a great job on the clean up too taking care not to damage the many plants and roses surrounding the house. The cost to replace the roof (using high quality products) was the most competitive of multiple estimates and they made my mom feel the most comfortable about the work they were going to do. We would definitely recommend Modern Roofers and Restoration!!!
Y V.Getting a reroof is a big decision and costs a lot of money, Edward gave me confidence that I can trust his quality on top of a great price. I even added a few upgrades to help with the heat and it didn't break the bank. These guys are fast and hard workers. They took about a day to remove all the old shingles on my roof. When it was time to place the new shingles they were done by the afternoon. I love the little extra overhang of the shingles into my gutter so that my fascia boards stay dry.
