The company ""Modern Builders "" in Pasadena CA does not honor the warranty it provides. Bryan Peralta who represents the company gave me a quote for a water leak problem in my living room and told me that the leak was coming from the stucco and he can fix it and he gave me a 5 year warranty on the job. A few days later I have the same problem. After many calls he finally came to see the problem and said he will contact me in the afternoon. It has been almost a month since he came. I have been calling and texting him. He doesn't answer and he doesn't return my calls.
