These guys know what they are doing. High quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Went with the Presidential Certanteed shingles which are the highest end shingles you can get. Slightly more expensive than a competitor who used lower end shingles. They were able to creatively work through a few solutions given the nuances of my roof. Billy helped me with some wiring from old attic fans that were not needed. Highly recommended.

Manny was great to work with. We called him to help trouble shoot a leak in our roof. He is a true roof whisper and really works the problem to figure out the source which can be tricky when dealing with water. I appreciate that he was very responsive with his crew and also showed up personally to review and put a plan in place to resolve the situation. He knows tile roofs and has been in the business for a long time and was excellent with follow-up and communication.

Jacob helped us replace our roof with a tight deadline. He was very organized and made sure everything was completed on time even with weather delays. He kept me updated throughout the process and was prompt to answer any questions or requests that I had. I never had to ask him anything twice and he did everything that we agreed upon. I was especially impressed that he came back to finish up a few small remaining tasks even after I had already paid. Most times I'll never hear back from a contractor after they've received payment so I appreciate his honesty. Overall, I am very satisfied with the new roof and highly recommend them.

Really good experience with this company. We chose them initially because they worked with the California PACE program, had a solution to fit our old, flat roof, and the pricing was very competitive to the few quotes I received. From the start of the PACE application the process went smoothly. Every time we needed something signed off on their end it was done very quickly and we got a start date less than a week after I'd started the application. Once the project was started in only took two full construction days to complete the full replacement of our roof, and they arranged the city inspector's sign off immediately after to close the project. Really solid execution from their team, all my questions were addressed promptly along the way, and I'd recommend anybody to check them out.

They didn't show up for the appointment! They are not respectful of other people time. They guy called be 15 minutes after the time he was supposed to show up that he is not going to come and instead he can come the next day!

I just had an incredible experience having my Spanish tile roof replaced by Billy and his crew. It took a week, and they were able to keep many of the original tiles and intersperse them with hundreds of salvaged tiles. They took off all the tiles, put down a new underlayment, sealed it and put the tiles back on looking pristine. Billy was realistic, supportive and professional throughout. They also repaired a leak on the part of the roof I wasn't replacing yet. I highly recommend Moctezuma Roofing.

Just had a new roof installed by Moctezuma Roofing and I am a very happy customer!

I share a wall with a neighbor and due to water leak issues with an old roof, I called Moctezuma for help. Unfortunately, my neighbor could not do his roof with me at the same time, so I had a lot of concerns going through with this. However, Billy and his team walked me through the process, listened to my requirements, and got the job done right.

I've shopped around the area for roofers and they had excellent reviews and ultimately ended up giving me a very fair price. The team arrived punctually at 8am and went right to work. Very professional and accommodating to my questions. They were able to get it all done in 4 days.

Due to the shared wall, my HOA wanted the roof divider looking a specific way and Billy and his team delivered to the requirements. If you're in the same situation, I highly recommend these guys.
