Joshua P. - why not just tell the truth? You brought in Claim Advocates (Chris Lampe) and R & G Claim Consultants (Roger Helmich) to deal with my insurance company. I used Goosehead agency to shop insurance every year and provide the best home and auto package, so I don' change companies every 3 months like you postulated. These people you brought in got a piece of the insurance award. You got the rest and promised to use the award estimate for the award amount. You padded the estimate with labor for many things that you did not do and my insurance company accepted them. Then you defrauded us by filing an unsigned (without my signature) certificate of completion to speed up the payments and had all the insurance payments by the day you started. In the end, you defrauded me of $13,000. Now I see you are being sued for $100,000 by a painting company. That is why I posted about how this company cheats where ever possible. At what time did you change your last name from Hamilton to Pallando? Honesty - really
I only have one dormer (non functional) and the metal work on that and the porch may look nice but is not well done and we paid extra out of pocket. You did not even return to perform the punch list you were presented.
