I expected to be put off due to the small nature of the repair (several other roof repair companies reacted this way) however Brett jumped right to it and made the repair the same day! Ashley N.We called several local companies for quotes, and MOC got back with us quickly, came out to check out the issue we were having with a leaking/cracked dryer vent same day, and fixed it while we were out and about the following weekend. The vent is under warranty with them, and is no longer plastic but a more durable metal. Very responsive and professional.
