MMM Roofing just completed a tile roof reset at my residence and I highly recommend them. They provided a thorough and accurate estimate for the work to be performed and provided updates with regard to ""hidden damage"" which was discovered as the job progressed so there were no surprises when the job was completed. I definitely felt the price was fair.

The company that made my roof tiles is no longer in business and the tile no longer exist however Marco worked hard to find some similar tiles (that would satisfy the HOA) to replace the broken ones that I had and you really cannot tell the difference between the tiles.

Marco & his team were on time everyday, worked efficiently and diligently and completed the job ahead of schedule. The property was left clean at the end of the job as well as at the end of every workday.

I would definitely use MMM Roofing again if the need arises.

Marco was the 3rd roofer( he was working on another neighbors house when I stopped and got his card) I contacted about a leak in one of my bedrooms. Thank God I stopped. Marco was able to figure out what the other companies couldn't figure out. Instead of just starting by taking off roof tiles, he Asked a lot questions about the leak itself. Then he took about an hour investigating my very small attic spaces and identified the area most likely where the leak was originating from and found the path it was taking. Once on the roof, he sent me pictures of every layer that he exposed so I could see what was happening. Eventually with Marco""s encouragement I got over my fear of ladders and at least made it to the top so I could see everything in person. Made the repair and I ve had no problems since. My house is partly Spanish tile and a flat roof. Marco maintains both areas for me . He has also searched and found tiles that match my roof to top off an unfinished wall that surrounds my exterior courtyard. Marco is honest, reliable and offers great value. I m so glad I found him and know that I can depend on him whenever I call.

Marco completely rebuilt our roof at least three years ago re-utilizing our existing roof tile, and replacing a few broken ones.
I realized I needed help when I had dismantled more of my roof than I could personally re-build, after having a beehive humanely removed.
The roof was nearing 30 years of service life, and I decided it was time to re-roof our entire home.
He and his crew replaced our tired old ridge boards, put down two layers of new roofing felt, replaced or re-shaped valley flashings, and added new drip-edge flashing around the whole perimeter of our roof, all at a reasonable cost.
I am not the easiest customer as I'm a 40-year active and experienced Architect of both commercial and residential projects.
We have now been through two very wet and wild winters, without so much as a drop of storm water appearing anywhere that a drip should not be.
I do not make recommendations lightly, and I have also recommended Marco to a number of neighbors in our area, all of whom, have told me they are very pleased with the results of the hard work of MMM roofing.
Marco is someone who has built his business by doing top-quality work, at a reasonable schedule and cost.
I could not recommend MMM Roofing more.
