When we moved into our home around 4 1/2 years
ago we didn't realize or feel we needed gutters in the patio area off the back of our home. This winter we had more rain than I recalled in the past years.
We hired M&M and they were backed up for a few weeks but we were happy we waited. We are very happy with the job they did.

We needed gutters on our workshop and I received a few quotes. M&M came in at a good price so we went with them. Their wait time was a bit longer, but they did a great job communicating with me and ended up coming to do the job a few days earlier than expected. Our gutters look great - downspouts are right where I want them and the rest was installed really well! I would definitely use this company again. Awesome experience.

These guys are organized and responsive. The office lady is very kind and competent and the owner came out and did the bid himself for a reasonably priced rain gutter job. I will refer them often :)

This company is extremely professional. They did a great job of installing my gutters.
When I need to install additional gutters around my house I would certainly call them again.

Mike came out to give quote, said I'd receive it within two days and if I had any questions to let him know. Got the quote and had questions (some measurements seemed over kill) so I sent an email. A few hours later I was copied on the email for him to follow up on my questions... never heard back and it's been a week.
Sad thing is that he seemed like a honest, genuine guy.

On to the next company for a quote.

Can't recommend this company.

I had a small section of my house that needed new gutters,(Six feet of gutter, four feet of downspout) to tie into the rest of the house. Most of the companies I've contacted won't come out for a small job so I was down to two companies.

One company in the valley said they will give me an estimate if they are in the area but they don't have anything pending in Santa Clarita until the following week. And M&M sheet metal who are based here locally in Santa Clarita and came out right away for a estimate.

The estimate was a little high @ $280 for this little project but according to the owner, that's the minimum charge. (Which I understand, a lot of companies have a minimum charge)
In my head the charges looked like this;
$15/ft x 10'= $150
$65/hr x minimum 2hrs = $130
Total $280

Actual charges, I have no idea because their only explanation is, that's the minimum charge. But I was ok with it so I went ahead and hired them for the job.

When I got home Thursday. I found that they finished the job but it didn't look right. The gutter was great, the downspout, not so much. The placement of the downspout was off, it wasn't painted, and the 45 at the end was not welded like my other downspouts. I called the company and spoke with Mike, the only explanation I got was, they don't paint downspouts so I proceeded to email Erika about this issue.

Friday, I got no response so I called. This is the explanation I got.

1. They are not a painting company so they don't paint downspouts but they can send their worker out to paint it for $40 or I can come by to pick to the paint for free and do it myself. Obviously they carry the paint but don't do the painting because they're not a painting company.

2. They don't weld. Really? You're a sheet metal company. How do you guys join sheet metal together? Super glue? Come on. The previous company I hired did all of that and it was included with the installation.

3. No explanation on why the down spout was installed the way it was.

My recommendation, go with anyone else, even if you have to wait. It's worth it. They had a ten foot section to do and only did 6 feet of it correct. That's a 40% fail rate

I'm glad I didn't hire them for the entire house. They would have finished 60% of the house and left the other 40% unfinished.

They may or not be good. I'll never know. They were supposed to send a bid after they visited the property. Went through about a month waiting after they promised time and again to get the bid to us and they just blew us off. I guess business must be good. I just think if someone is too busy to do a job the right thing to do is say they're too busy to do the job. That wouldve been ok. Long story short you're better off looking elsewhere

I really wanted to give them a good review. I was excited to use them based off the reviews. The issue is with the lack of communication or understanding of the front office and workers. Its a cat and mouse type of environment. Its a he said she said type of company when trying to schedule work. My wife has tried to text, email, call Michael and Erika and usually it seems like ones not available which is frustrating. I am in customer service so lack of communication, sense of urgency is a little disturbing. It should be pretty granular. Call, get someone out to make an estimate, this is the cost, this is the time we can install, etc. Should have to go back and forth with multiple people without any knowledge of what the other said or will do. Even when you have the proposal/estimate they still don't know whats going on. Being busy is one thing but being disengaged is another. Wish I could change the rating :/
