They may or not be good. I'll never know. They were supposed to send a bid after they visited the property. Went through about a month waiting after they promised time and again to get the bid to us and they just blew us off. I guess business must be good. I just think if someone is too busy to do a job the right thing to do is say they're too busy to do the job. That wouldve been ok. Long story short you're better off looking elsewhere

I really wanted to give them a good review. I was excited to use them based off the reviews. The issue is with the lack of communication or understanding of the front office and workers. Its a cat and mouse type of environment. Its a he said she said type of company when trying to schedule work. My wife has tried to text, email, call Michael and Erika and usually it seems like ones not available which is frustrating. I am in customer service so lack of communication, sense of urgency is a little disturbing. It should be pretty granular. Call, get someone out to make an estimate, this is the cost, this is the time we can install, etc. Should have to go back and forth with multiple people without any knowledge of what the other said or will do. Even when you have the proposal/estimate they still don't know whats going on. Being busy is one thing but being disengaged is another. Wish I could change the rating :/

The speed and craftsmanship of the final product was definitely five stars. The challenge was in the scheduling of the install. Overall a great job and I would recommend them to someone else.

How is anyone not satisfied with M&M Sheet metal???? IF A COMPANY IS BUSY, IT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!!!! I get so tired of people whining ""they cant get to me for 2 weeks"" seriously? Do you want it done right? Or do you want it done right now? Mike came out to my house, gave me a bid a couple days later, and had his crew do the installation. It is perfect, the gutters and siding are FLAWLESS! On top of the prompt response time and perfect work, this is an el nino year and they are crazy busy. Seriously, go to Home Depot and get the gutters your self if you want it done tomorrow.

Very disappointed in their customer service. Had used them about 10 years ago to replace downspouts and gutter covers. Work was done professionally and competently with no issues. When my wife called today to inquire about coming out to inspect the work they had done and clean the gutters out, prior to a projected heavy rainy season, she was told ""we are too busy and are restricting our work to Santa Clarita area only."" When my wife mentioned we were long standing customers, had been happy with their prior work, etc., the woman answering the phones said ""our records don't go back that far.""

Considering I have all the paperwork and would have been happy to send to show time and date they installed everything, it was a shame they seemed not to care about old customers. Will not be recommending this company to anyone since they couldn't be bothered even recommending someone in our neighborhood we could call instead.

I recently needed to replace the rain gutter on the front of my house and also needed to add rain gutters around the perimeter of my flat roof garage. The results are amazing. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and materials used. I would highly recommend M&M Sheet Metal and Rain Gutters for your residential work.

M&M promptly returned my phone calls. They did a excellent job, and their prices are reasonable. A portion of my gutters separated from the roof. (the nails pulled away & fell off). The way my gutters are secured, are obsolete. They do not use nails anymore. They secured 2 areas that were separating. Did a good job. I am about to call them again, to do the rest of my gutters.

M&M Sheet Metal built our Corrugated Patio Cover and they really are top notch! Mike Burgess and his team did a fantastic job and are very professional, friendly and prompt. We had several last minute changes and they accommodated us in a blink! I highly recommend them and we will be bringing them back for rain gutters.
