Evertime it rains I think of this outfit. I'm reminded as I watch the water pour thru the garage ceiling after paying these guys to repair a roof leak. Had expected the owner to take ""ownership"" and maybe contact his customer, get a crew back to inspect his previous work but he didn't. Maybe he'd consider a customer refund? Will let you know....

We called many siding companies, and M & M Roofing was quick to come over to our house and look at the job that needed to be done - free estimate with details of how the project would be handled. Overall, working with project manager Juan was easy and efficient. The siding repair looks great and we are happy with the results.

We moved into our house over the summer and of course had the roof inspected with nothing bad showing. Then we started getting a leak in an odd place. First floor under bathroom. Definitely not plumbing as it only leaks when it rains hard. Called out a highly recommended company (not M&M). To make a long story short, spend $750 on repairs that didn't work. They came out again and quoted over $5k and couldn't guarantee their work would solve the problem. Decided to get another company out to look. Mike with M&M got up on roof used caulking to try too seal what appeared to be a leaking area as a temporary fix until they could get back out to apply a heavy duty sealer along with other repairs. Of course with the holidays in the middle of all this and the damp weather, the repairs took longer than we wanted. The sealer must be applied in dry weather. Repair completed this past week and voila no leak this week during heavy thunderstorms! Repairs were done correctly, Mike actually communicated with us and repairs done at a much much lower cost than other company quoted. Definitely would use again!

Have used them again for two minor repairs - once after hurricane Harvey to repair leaky stack from pesky squirrels who apparently like to chew on the stacks. Who knew?? Just had them out for another leak near the chimney. They also did some repairs on our gutters and added some guttering where there was none. This company is our go-to company for roofing and gutters. Mike is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest.

M&M had replaced our roof after it was destroyed by hail several years ago. When we decided to replace the gutters, we again called. Mike came over immediately, saw the issues and gave his estimate, which we accepted. We also had them add leaf guard and then replace one of the drains with a 'rain chain'...the drain on the front of the house detracted from one of the pillars and we had seen pictures of these 'chains'...it works perfectly and keeps the rain from splattering in our front bed. We are confident in the service and quotes we have received from M&M and going forward - we know our roof will need replacing, we will call upon M&M again.

I had M& M Replace my entire Roof, Remove Stucco siding and install Hardie plank as well as, Installation of a Solar Vent. There were two separate crews. Those that did the siding took the time to do it right and did a great job. Mike bumped us up due to some damage cause by the Stucco removal and an incoming storm to prevent additional damage. The group was fast and efficient with getting the roof done. While there were some nails and such found in the yard I understand it is impossible to catch every thing. I got a bunch of Roofing quotes and this company is the only one of those with the price point and a lifetime warranty. Mike was quick to respond to emails as well as, calls. Highly Recommend!

I will not use MnM Roofing, again. We have used them in the past to put on two roofs (two different houses). In addition, we recommended them to our neighbor, who also used them for a new roof. We recently called them to give us an estimate for some additional roofing needs. We have called at least six times, and have yet to hear back from the representative to even set up a time to meet. Each time I called, the person answering the phone said they had given our rep (Bernard) the messages. However, I have yet to hear from him. It's sad how they treat their customers. We will be using someone else for our roofing needs.

Two stars only because they did the job, but they just suck at communication. My problem is that I hired them to fix a leak, they thought they did, but we found out they really didn't. So they just worked on a part that probably didn't need to be worked on, it held up nice, but the root cause of the leak still remains and they're no-show on communications to resolve this matter.

Originally hired these guys to fix a leak where water was coming into my kitchen. This is weird because the kitchen is the first story, so the water was coming into the subfloor inbetween the two floors. This is because of the roof outside of my kitchen.

Moson came over, great guy, knew what he was doing and quoted me for the roof. I also got a quote for the roof, fascia, and gutters. I explained the problem with the roof and he said it was most likely the area.

Anyways, I got everything fixed, leak stopped, fascia was great, and all was well.

Based on this, we got the kitchen remodeled and the ceilings repainted. Harvey hit and there was a lot of rain, and I mean a lot (where have you been? lol).

This started the leak all over again and ruined the ceilings. I called, knowing that they might be busy after Harvey, and made a warranty claim. Got no reply for a week, so I called again, no reply after 2 weeks, so I waited a month and no reply. I finally called and kinda yelled at the guy, sorry man, and finally got someone scheduled to see me.

The new guy, Nathan (you'll see his name pop up on the bad reviews here as well!) came over and inspected the work. He said that the leak was not the roof, rather the bricks and mortar taking in water. To test this, we grabbed the hose and he did a nice test of roof with no leaks. Then he hosed a section away from the bricks and we found out that he was right. Not bad, he was smart about it and did a good job so I had faith in him. He concluded that the roof was fine, bricks were old and needed sealing. He said, verbally, that he'd just have a team come over and seal it for me and I'd just be charged for the material due to the time they waited to contact me. He mentioned he was like the District manager and it wouldn't be a problem with his offer, he just had to discuss it with the owners(?) and get back to me. Asked me to text him because that's what he uses as a checklist to plan his work.

I texted him and got no reply, so a week later, I texted again with nothing. Called and still nothing, now this Nathan was showing the same signs his company was not really caring about their customers. Looks like once they got the money, you get put on their backburner.

Don't trust the Angie's list reviews, matter of fact, I'll change the good review I had for them on there, and look at their yelp review.

M&M did an excellent job constructing, roofing, and applying hardie plank siding to a residential well house. They installed windows and the door and painted the building.

I was given a single point of contact to work with, Crystal C. She was prompt & professional; her crew started and finished ahead of schedule. She kept me well informed of the job progress and addressed any questions or concerns that I had timely.

The pricing was extremely competitive & I paid for the entire job when it was complete & I was satisfied..

I highly recommend M&M and Crystal.

Mr. Diekmann was very helpful. He looked into a water leak we had call about but we had never used his company before. He told us exactly what he thought it was, shared options and, did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He was friendly and professional.
