Following the recent storms in Houston, I needed siding repairs and collected estimates from numerous contractors. As an accredited business, M&M offered the best estimate. They completed the work, including painting the entire side of the house, in just two days.

Other contractors mentioned the difficulty of repairing my siding due to the proximity to my neighbor's house, but M&M had no issues. Joe was very responsive and professional throughout the process. Overall, a 10/10 experience--I highly recommend M&M Roofing for all your siding needs.

After many quotes, I got in contact with Crystal who came out and discussed the entire process with me. She understood our situation and budget limits. She drew up our estimate that allowed us to get a new roof, giving us peace of mind about our house. Even more important, Crystal made sure that my wife was satisfied with the product and color shingles that we were getting.

During the entire process, Crystal was in constant contact with us via text messages and phone calls.

Once the roofing was complete, Crystal came back to do a walk through with me to make sure everything was done and we were satisfied with the work. It wasn't until this was complete, that she accepted payment.


I later got a follow-up phone call from the owner of the company just to check on the results and satisfaction of our new roof. I couldn't say enough about Crystal's personal and professional handling of our roofing.

Used this company referred from our realtor after our ( my cousin and I) home purchase. On December 16, 2022 we closed on our home. They received payment on or about 12/22/22. Their guys Miguel and his helper showed up on 12/26/22 put 2 tarps and left after no work was done no phone call about what was going on nothing. My cousin contacted Jim his boss and he thought the work was done, but it wasn't. My cousin explained to him that they didn't do anything on the quote that they gave us. Jim made arrangements to then came out on 12/29/22 to see for himself that nothing had been done. He then proceeds to tell my cousin he would get a crew out there to complete the work and said he thought it was done. He advised my cousin that they were working in Conroe on another project and he need to check the crews schedule to see when they would be able to come back out,( mind you they have already been paid to do the work), but he was sure it would be the next week. (this was on 12/29/22) We had not heard from anyone until yesterday when the owner did a follow up call to my cousin thinking the job was complete not knowing we have been pushed to the back of the line. The owner then says he would have Jim contact my cousin on 1/10/23 no call. My cousin text the owner back this morning on 1/11/23 letting him know we have not heard from anyone at this time it is 8 AM 1/11/23. My cousin received a call at 11AM from Jim still with no date as to when the work will be complete. This is unacceptable for a company to take the money of a disable vet and keeps putting us on the back burner. At this point if the work can not be done we need to know NOW! Also, we need to be compensated for this inconvenience we are experiencing. A company can fail due to lack of communication with its customers.

M&M did an excellent job of replacing our roof. We contacted many roofing companies and interviewed a handful. What sold us on M&M was the outstanding customer care provided by Crystal Cantu. Crystal listened to us carefully and provided follow-up calls at our discretion. There was never any pressure to purchase, only her desire to ensure our satisfaction with the work. She said that building a relationship with each customer was more important than just selling us a product and she demonstrated that philosophy consistently. Crystal gave us time to understand our options and select the roof we wanted, one that would not only perform well but would also contribute to our home's appearance and resale value. Once the installation crew came out, I was also very impressed with the workmanship they displayed via their teamwork and efficiency. Although there were multiple individuals, they worked as a single unit. Our new roof not only serves its primary function, but it looks beautiful. It's been about six months since they installed it and it speaks volumes that we're still very happy with it. We highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows!

We had really high hopes in using M&M, but unfortunately they did not complete the services per their contract or discussions before hiring them. It was frustrating because we selected them because they seemed focused and intent on providing high quality of work and good customer service (one of the reasons we were willing to pay more for them). A lot of the items that were discussed as standard, and would be done, we had to later ask for. Only about 50% of those ended up being done and the others were basically blown off and they refuse to complete. It is just very disappointing to have the service fall short of what was sold to you. In the end I wish we had gone with a different group just to avoid all this hassle and stress. Also as a final note to the women, when addressed with issues they become verbally abrasive and it leaves you feeling uncomfortable discussing further.

I had the pleasure working with Rick and Javier (Labor Contractor) to replace the siding of my home including fascia, soffit, trim, and gutters. Additionally, some framing had to be replaced due to rotting. My 1984 home had Masonite siding that was crumbling. After getting several quotes I decided to go with M&M because the price was reasonable and I trusted the job would be done well. I took out a Home Equity Loan to finance this project. I can't express how joyful I am with the experience and craftsmanship. It's like a new home!
