This is the third roof M&M has installed for us over the past 10 years. If it had been the first, it would have been the last. One broken promise after another, the roof finally was installed this past Friday and Saturday - almost, subsequent to leaving the roofing material laying around for a week. A section of ridge vent remains to be installed with no projection of when that might happen. The M&M of 10 years ago no longer exists. They would do better if they picked up their crews in a Home Depot parking lot every morning, It has been an unbelievably bad experienced, such as I have never seen from an established roofer. Do not use this company, My roof was to be in place last month, It remains unfinished. Is there anyone in M&M that gives a damn? Apparently not. Never again. Never again, Never again (yes I am shocked and appalled by how we have been served by this company, When the first roofer dropped out, M&M broght in some second rate replacement who could even pick up after them selves, We will hire an outside expert to determine just how bad this installation is. Oh yes, I am unhappy and deeply concerned about the qualify of the installation. Time for M&M to man up and try again, Rod Hudson

After three bids, I chose M&M Roofing of San Antonio due to their follow through, pricing, material, and warranty. I received an email from the President Doug M. of M&M Roofing informing me that I would be contacted by one of their service representatives. Within two days I had an appointment with Project Manager Mike G. to discuss and receive a bid for a roof replacement. He was very responsive, took time to inspect the house, and patiently answered my questions. The material was delivered on schedule so the crew could begin without any delays. The crew, which was led by Roof Foreman Edward, came in on time, promptly removed the old roof, diligently installed the new roof, and cleaned up afterwards. Foreman Edward was professional, patient in answering questions, and ensured everything was completed before their departure. I am extremely happy with the way the roof looks, especially with the Owens Corning brand of shingles with higher wind rating, the 50 year manufacturer's warranty, and lifetime labor warranty. I highly recommend M&M Roofing, Project Manager Mike G. and Roof Foreman Edward.

Very pleased with our new metal roof installed by M&M. Chris did a great job working with us to plan the job, which included painting the house and installing gutters. The M&M crew was professional, efficient and respectful. Chris stayed in close contact throughout the job, including personally taking care of a few minor tidy-up items at the end. Kudos to the M&M team for a job well done.
