As the president and founder of MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing, Marty has dedicated over 20 years to this company. Growing up in the Athens area, Marty gained industry knowledge while working alongside his father, Lanier, who ran Farmers Hardware for many years. Together, they began constructing homes in the late 1990s.

Faced with stiff competition, Marty understood the need to set his company apart to thrive. His vision remains straightforward: to expand his business by delivering quality, affordable work and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
