As the president and founder of MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing, Marty has dedicated over 20 years to this company. Growing up in the Athens area, Marty gained industry knowledge while working alongside his father, Lanier, who ran Farmers Hardware for many years. They teamed up to build homes starting in the late 1990s.

Faced with stiff competition, Marty understood the need to set his company apart to thrive. His vision remains straightforward: to expand his business by delivering quality, affordable work and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Marty prioritizes the relationships he has with his employees, subcontractors, and clients. Many of his team members, including his foreman, have been part of the journey since day one. Much of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients, which is why, while others faced challenges during the economic downturn, Marty’s business thrived.
