Marty Whitehead, the founder and president of MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing, has been committed to this business for more than two decades. Raised in Athens, Marty first acquired his skills in the industry by working with his father, Lanier, who operated Farmers Hardware for a long time. Together, they began constructing homes in the late 1990s.

Faced with stiff competition, Marty understood the need to set his company apart to thrive. His vision remains straightforward: to expand his business by delivering quality, affordable work and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Marty prioritizes the relationships he has with his employees, subcontractors, and clients. Many of his team members, including his foreman, have been part of the journey since day one.
