As the president and founder of MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing, Marty has dedicated over 20 years to this company. Raised in Athens, Marty first acquired his skills in the industry by working with his father, Lanier, who operated Farmers Hardware for a long time. They teamed up to build homes starting in the late 1990s.

Marty prioritizes the relationships he has with his employees, subcontractors, and clients. Many of his crew members, including his foreman, have been with him since the beginning.
