MLS personnel have been conducting renovation work on my small apartment building for almost 3 years now. Much of the work they've done has had to be repeatedly redone and has repeatedly disrupted or disabled building utility services (water supply, heating, etc). They follow no regular schedule and seem to be using this job as filler while they work on others, so that building tenants, never knowing when to expect their disruptive presence on the premises, can't plan to avoid or escape it. Worst of all--apparently to enable their juggling of multiple jobs at the same time--they persistently ignore the limitation on the hours (8 am to 5 pm) during which their work is permitted, often remaining on the premises well past 5 pm to as late as 7 pm and even, occasionally, beyond that. Tenants' personal appeals to them to cease work at 5 pm so they can eat their evening meals in peace are repeatedly met with either resistance, outright refusal, and insulting attitude, or by disingenuous promises to discontinue work at the required hour while nevertheless continuing with it until tenants are compelled to personally confront them over the issue. Prospective employers of this outfit can probably infer all they need to know about their general level of competency from the illiterate sign on the sides of their trucks: ""All type [sic] of roof.""

I've had very good services from Jesus and his crew. They showed up and sealed the roof. As a property manager, I certainly appreciate good service providers like MLS Roofing.

Don't even bother. They won't even call you back when they say they would nor show up for scheduled appointments. Just a waste of your time.
