We were referred to MK Builders by one of my close friends, but also did talk to three other companies. Glad MK Builders was able to help us out with our roof problem . We decided to install a new roof with new tiles, and they did a nice job. Workers were great and dealing with Robert was excellent. He was very attentive and gave us follow ups as progress and inspections went well. We had a leaky roof and called a few top companies in the area to come out to give us a bid on the job. MK Builders and Robert was by far the most prompt and very willing to explain the job in detail, resulting in a very fair estimate. After reviewing everything with my family we decided to move forward with them. Once the permit was obtained they started the following week. Job was completed nicely as they cleaned up the premises on the last day and did a final walk with us as well to make sure things were to our satisfaction. Highly recommend anyone whos looking for a roof to give them a call as they were great to work with from the beginning to the end. Robert is awesome. Will always use him moving forward!

Very unprofessional! I called and confirmed appointment for Thursday at 8am. I just got off graveyard shift and went straight to the appointed time. I called the office for an update, but no answer. I have been waiting 30 minutes with no update and very exhausted. Then after 30 minutes I get response that they will be an hour late.

Richard was the main contact person. He replies quickly and delivers his honest assessment. He'll also provide before and after pictures for reference. The guys who did the actual work were great. They knew what they were doing and completed the job quickly. Also loved that they cleaned up everything nicely. Their prices are competitive but worthwhile. We've used other cheaper roofing companies before and was greatly disappointed. In hindsight, it felt like we wasted more money having to redo the work that we weren't satisfied with.
