I needed to go to Cali to visit one of our rental properties and noticed a few issues. So we decided to get some bids on a new roof and bathroom remodel. Luckily we came across MK Builders and got to meet with Richard. He was punctual and we felt very comofortable trusting they would do a good job for us. I was impressed how fast they were able to get the roof done and signed off by the city. The bathroom was finished on time within the timeline they gave us as well. I had a bit of a tough project as we were out of state and we weren't too happy with the management company we had assisting us with our project. We ended up reaching out to a few local companies in the area for a roof estimate as well as quotes for painting the exterior. Everything was done remotely, but MK Builders was able to provide exceptional customer service and communication. They are first class: the roof was finished in seven business days and the exterior painting was done in about a week. Overall, Richard and his team were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the experience they provided -- they were easy to work with, transparent, and most importantly got the job done when they said they would and at the prices they communicated. We would absolutely use them again for future projects.

I needed a new roof replace due to insurance purposes. MK builder was highly recommended to me from a few friends. So I called and Robert was able to give me an estimate the next day. He was very honest and didn't try to up-sale me, and also advised me not to replace my shingle roof since they still have 2+ yrs left. However, since I'm replacing my flat roof with TPO, I decided to do both shingles and TPO. Robert gave me a very competitive quote and was able to work with my budget.

The crew came as promised, and clean up daily after their work. My entire roof was done within a week + a few days for inspection. I greatly appreciate his honesty, professionalism and am very happy with my new roof. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for my next home improvement project.

I was refferred to this company by a friend who had them work on there home. MK Builders was requested to come out and give us an estimate for a new roof and exterior painting. They came in at a compeitive price with three other companies we interviewed. We ended up hiring them for the work, and we were pleased with the total outcome. They do great work and we did a final walk after everything was completed. Highly would reccommend MK Builders and working with Robert was an awesome experience .

We received 4 estimates to replace our old Cal Shake roof, and MK Builders was mid-range. We were very impressed with Richard's responsiveness--he got back to me almost immediately about all my questions. Their workers arrived early every morning and were professional and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up everyday. Our roof was completed in four days, and it looks great. After the recent heavy rains, we had no leaks. I'd forgotten to ask the workers to leave us a few shingles in case we need them for repairs, and Richard delivered a package of them after the job was done and we'd completed inspection. We highly recommend MK Builders!
