I needed a new roof and a neighbor had their roof replaced by Mitchell and Sons. I called and within the week Ryan came out, gave me a price, and replaced my The roofers showed up at dawn and worked until dusk. I had my new roof within two days. The roofers were professional and friendly. After the job was done, they cleaned up and you could not tell they were even there except for the new roof. I would recommend MITCHELL and SONS to anybody needing a new roof.

Well I have an issue with my roof and I have called twice and so far they have said they would come out but have not. Very frustrating.

I would highly recommend Mitchell and Sons roofing! While searching for a company, I called multiple businesses. I was very impressed with how quickly Ryan responded and was able to come out to give me a quote. He took the time to go up on the roof to inspect it before giving me my quote. I feel their pricing was more than fair. They were able to start and complete the roof quickly and left the jobsite impeccably clean. Ryan recommended and arranged for new gutter installation by Humphrey Gutters- and they were fasr and efficient too!
It is such a relief to have a fresh roof for hurricane season and I can't praise this family owned business enough!!

Our house was built in 2005 with contractor grade materials and needed replacement. We obtained several quotes but the only company that actually walked on and inspected our roof was Mitchell & Sons. Ryan shared photos from roof inspection during initial meeting and provided quote. Ryan, Crystal (office), Ariel and his crew were professional and courteous. Ryan came out and gave a through explanation of the work that would be done and I received an estimate the following day. I had no less than 10 estimates before selecting Mitchell and Sons. They were in the middle regarding the price of my roof replacement but I liked the fact they use Owens Corning products and the warranty associated. They began work the day agreed upon and completed the job in two days. The work crew was professional, polite, and hardworking. They thoroughly cleaned up each day and did a great job. The Building Inspector even commented on how neat and clean the work was done during his final inspection. Ryan had great communication and follow up with me. I called for an estimate had 2 other companies come to look one priced $300.00 the other $700.00.ryan came out told me rof was shot wanted $15,000.00 to fix called back other company told him I would wait 2 weeks , the only reason I called this company was I did not want to wait talk about a crook. I have a liscensed plumbing company have been here for over 25 years never even heard of any one doing this he showed me pictures so did the other roofers I think the pictures he showed were from another property .beware and look for other companies he is bait and switch artist wants to get in your pocket

If I could give them negative stars, I would! I had two flat roofs put on top of my home. The guy sent from Mitchell and Son's put the roof on and next thing I know, water in my house all over. Running down the walls and destroying my house and ceilings. They kept coming back and keep destroying my roof by painting black tar crap all over. (looks like the beverly hill billies). For 9 months off and on I have had to deal with this. They finally said the originally guy did not put the railing back correctly and did not put pads underneath, so every time it rained, it ran down.(don't you think you should know this)? Finally, they came and put the pads on (owner was very reluctant to fix it). He loves to avoid me hoping I will go away. Well, believe me. I feel the same way. He acts like I am a pain in the neck and I shouldn't want my house not to leak!!! Well, it is leaking again. He is not answering my calls and will not return my texts. Small claims court next!!! I do not know how he has 5 stars!!!!!!

Mitchell 7& Sons Roofing completely redid a 50 year old commercial roof on Kennedy Boulevard. This is an active restaurant location and they were able to completely strip the roof, replace rotten wood including trusses, and provide exceptional quality within both timeframe and budget estimates. They did this without even requiring the business to close. The price was fair, they did what they promised, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend, will absolutely use again.
