I wish I could leave a six star review because Mitch and Cody deserve it. These guys are the real deal...honest, reliable, fair and their work is top notch. I wish all companies were this buttoned up. It was such a pleasure to work with Statewide Roofing and I can't recommend them enough.

I contacted and used Mitch Hale's roofing during the last rainstorm we had in February. I contacted him on a last-minute basis because my roof was leaking and damaging my ceiling. He came out promptly and gave me an estimate which was extremely fair and reasonable. I found him to be knowledgeable and honest in addition to very personable and friendly.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a good knowledgeable and reputable roofing company.

I am very happy and also pleasantly surprised by the old fashioned style customer service I received from this company! Cody came out for a roof leak immediately, spent about an hour tarping to hold me over for the impending rain storm. He then returned to do the repair, and charged me what he originally said he would, which was reasonable. Yesterday, I received a hand written thank you card in the mail, and so I had to share my good experience. This just doesn't happen.
There was a time when Cody did not get right back to me. And with the overload of roofing work our community has been experiencing, I had to imagine him tarping someones partially burned roof the way he did mine without charge.
I have been so jaded by contractors over the past many years and had become used to poor treatment, especially once they get paid they disappear. And so I've taken the time to write this review today in order to reward GOOD behavior! Thank you Cody and Mitch.

I contacted Cody 3 weeks ago regarding a leak that I had in one of my rental houses. He said that he would contact my tenant to arrange to come out to look at the house. It never happened. I called him last week he again told me that he would be out to look at the house and my tenant left multiple message that he never returned. I just contacted him today he picked up the phone and then told me yeah I've just been too busy to even come out to look. He didn't have the courtesy to call me to let me know he didn't have time to look at it and he never contacted my tenant who left multiple messages. I told him that I was going to give him this poor review for his lack of customer service. I'm wondering how he managed to get five stars for 27 people unless he's got friends that are doing it for him. If I could rate him 0 Stars I would. Find another roofing company in town to take care of your roof

Cody and Mitch were great to work with. Excellent job discussing the process with us, selecting roofing material/color, and completing the work on time. The work was done on our one-story 1960s era home in Thousand Oaks.

Mitch also personally helped out with some additional roof framing needs in the attic that were recommended during a home inspection, for a very reasonable amount.

I have had several relatives who visited this summer comment on how good the roof looks.

Overall, an excellent experience.

I'll just keep it simple. We were more than %200 satisfied with Mitch and his son Cody. Professional and a pleasure to do business with. Every single neighbor has told me what a great job they did on our new roof. It was fast and we couldn't be happier with this company and the outcome. If I had a 100 more structures or homes that needed new roofing, this is the company I will call.

Mitch and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. Had him put a roof on my sister-in-laws roof across the street.
He came back to her house a couple of times. She thought she had a leaky roof. Turned out to be a leaky water pipe. Mitch found the leak. Another time she thought she had rats in her attic. Called Mitch he came out and helped her with that issue. No charge either time.
