Cody and his team have been amazing. The team is super hard-working and Cody has excellent communication and it's just a really nice guy. Our roof looks great and while am very happy to get a quiet house back, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It's by far, the easiest and best contractor I've ever dealt with. From meet and greet with Cody to very detail estimate for new roof didn't take more than 10-15 minutes. Estimated time for project 3 days, and they really finished in 3 days. After shopping around, Statewide Roofing had the best offer. It's definitely above my expectations.

We reached out to Cody through a referral, and his team was awesome. Our roof was in decent shape with a major exception: a water leak that was causing damage in our dining room. Cody was especially responsive and gave us a reasonable bid for the repairs. His group arrived and finished on time. Their repairs were efficient, and I really appreciated the photos of the damage they found under the roof tiles. Cody was very professional and friendly through the whole process, and their work was top notch. I would happily refer them to any family and friends in the area. We needed a new roof for our entire house. Prior to calling Statewide Roofing, we obtained 3 other estimates from different roofers.

Cody stood out from the other 3. He promptly met with my husband and I to explain various options. He was thorough in his explanation of the materials that would be used. He provided us with two estimates, one to replace with new tiles and the other to re-use our existing ones. We chose to use our existing ones with the replacement of a some that were damaged. No pressure sales from him!!

Comparing apples to apples with the other estimates, Statewide's estimate was very reasonable!! Most importantly, none of the other companies even mentioned pulling a permit. We were told it wasn't necessary! That was a huge red flag for us!!

Well, our new roof was completed last week!! The work crew showed up on time, they were respectful, and cleaned up each day after they were done. Cody was present on the first day to explain his expectations to his crew and to ensure all of our questions were addressed. He was always readily available for questions along the way. We didn't get to meet Mitch, his dad, to tell him personally what a great son he has!! Oh! Well, I am sure he already knows! LOL!

They also installed five roof vents along with the job. The work looks great. Highly recommend. The City Inspector was also impressed with the work!!

He and his crew showed up on time each day, cleaned up around the perimeter and yard throughout the day and ensured that nails weren't left behind from the job. I contacted and used Mitch Hale's roofing during the last rainstorm we had in February. I contacted him on a last-minute basis because my roof was leaking and damaging my ceiling. He came out promptly and gave me an estimate which was extremely fair and reasonable. I found him to be knowledgeable and honest in addition to very personable and friendly.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a good knowledgeable and reputable roofing company.

I am very happy and also pleasantly surprised by the old fashioned style customer service I received from this company! Cody came out for a roof leak immediately, spent about an hour tarping to hold me over for the impending rain storm. He then returned to do the repair, and charged me what he originally said he would, which was reasonable. Yesterday, I received a hand written thank you card in the mail, and so I had to share my good experience. This just doesn't happen.
There was a time when Cody did not get right back to me. And with the overload of roofing work our community has been experiencing, I had to imagine him tarping someones partially burned roof the way he did mine without charge.
I have been so jaded by contractors over the past many years and had become used to poor treatment, especially once they get paid they disappear. And so I've taken the time to write this review today in order to reward GOOD behavior! Thank you Cody and Mitch.
