Fast forward one year. The repairs have failed. Called him to come out to look and just a new roof was recommended. I've subsequently had other quotes and their were critical about the repair that was done--that it was temporary. I wasn't told temporary. I failed to mention the first time that I paid his worker a check to his name? Instructed to do so by Gil. Will never do that again. I did appreciate how quickly he came out but the outcome was not the best.

Gil responded quick to my roof leak issue. Was there the next day with David and pronto my roof leak was finally resolved. Had another person work on it previously and obviously did not do the job correctly.

David fixed the leak and worked on a few other roof issues they also noticed. Gil showed me pictures of the other issues that may present as a problem soon. I would highly recommend them to family and friends, because they know what they are doing!

We recently used these guys and they are honest, punctual, funny, reasonably priced, and do trustworthy work! So rare.

During this last rainstorm we sprung a leak in our roof. We called half a dozen places with decent Yelp reviews and no one called back until the following week. Granted it was the Friday after Thanksgiving... However when we called Miranda's, Gil picked up the phone and was at our house the following day with David patching our roof. Which incidentally just survived the follow-up deluge from hell. All dry here. Say yes to Santa!

I am very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism shown by these guys. They finished my roof/gutters in 3 days and just in time before the rain. I was very worried that I wasn't going to get my roof replaced before the winter but these guys stepped up big time saved me a lot of trouble. Highly recommend!

I had called 8 other roofing companies and most never even called back. I looked at the yelp reviews again and somehow didn't see Miranda Roofing with their 4 1/2 stars. I called at 730AM on Monday, Gil came out within 1 hour and the roof went on Wednesday and was finished Saturday morning! WoW! Fast, efficient and it looks fabulous. Pricing was very fair and we have already recommended them to several of our friends and neighbors. I really appreciated their professional responsiveness especially compared with other companies that never even bothered to call back. We have a very steep roof that is up 4 stories and the Luis's (the owner) crew was fearless and safe. They cleaned up after themselves EVERY DAY!! and we arrived at the time they said they would. So, who could ask for more. Call them NOW!

We had Miranda Roofing replace our roof this summer. The employees were courteous and the roof is beautiful. Here is where it goes bad. After the project was completed and the final payment was made we found a 30 foot span of gutter on the property. We called to have them remove it with no response. Shortly after the roof was finished we had the house power washed. Water was leaking off the roof BEHIND the gutter! Again we called with no response. We have had to hire another contractor to fix the problem before winter sets in. We were not happy about the left over gutter and leak but this review would have been positive if they had responded to our calls and resolved the issues. The lesson is don't make your final payment until you are completely satisfied and, I'm sorry to say, don't use this roofing company.

Our HOA hired them and didn't tell us. This morning someone put a hole in my bathroom ceiling(thankfully I was not in the room) they haven't stopped cutting or pounding and the main office said someone should take care of it soon. NO communication, NO supervision...NO caring about what happened. No one even asked if anyone was hit with flying debris. I wouldn't hire them for a roof for a dog house

Looking for roofing companies in the area to replace the roof on my house in Rafael Meadows on Carrillo, I was impressed with the immediate response of Gill to my phone call. During our transactions he kept in touch by phone, text and email that made the whole process very smooth. Within a short time I had a proposal outlining the work. He made very good suggestions (i.e. a lighter roof, a gutter profile that would look best with the house, etc). The company did what he said they would do, on schedule, and Gill kept me informed throughout the whole process. The job site was cleaned up and the roof and gutters look great. It was a pleasure dealing with Gill and this company: I always felt comfortable and confident in this company.

Gil helped us out with some flashing on our chimney about a year and a half ago. About two weeks ago our chimney started leaking so I called Gil and he came out and repaired it at no cost. I really appreciate someone who stands by their work!!!
