I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN I had Miranda's Roofing Company fix my roof in January of 2017. I had a leak over my bedroom window on the ceiling. Gil said he repaired it. Gil said the coating he put on would fix the leak and would be good for 10yrs. unconditional guarantee as per our contract. He also had to come back in February 2017 and October of 2018, still leaking.
I know it is December of 2021 but my roof is leaking. I did get another roofer out and they told me that how it was fixed before wasn't the right way. It needed mesh to seal the crack. I spend $3600 with Miranda's Roofing Company and all I got was a coating on my roof. I should have realized when Gil asked for cash because he said he was on social security, also a professional roofer would ask for a hug when they were done.
I WOULD NEVER HIRE MIRANDA'S ROOFING COMPANY EVER!!!

Gil and the crew for Miranda's Roofing Company came out and replaced the roof on our condo complex in 2018. The experience with them was great and they did a solid job at a fair price. Recently, we discover some minor issues with the roof installation that our handyman pointed out to us. We contacted Gil and his crew came out a week or so later and took care of all the issues at no extra charge.

I can't recommend Gil and Miranda roofing enough. They were able to provide quick quotes and quick service. We purchased a home in Mill Valley that had a tarp over the roof so we knew this needed to be replaced first thing. I contacted Miranda roofing and told them our closing day, then asked if they could come the day after. They made it happen and knocked out an entire roof in 3.5 days. Fast forward a few months, we decided we wanted to replace our gutters since what he had was a little banged up. We told Gil we wanted completely seamless gutters to hit the design aesthetic we were after. One gutter is over 50 ft long, no problem for Miranda roofing. They manufactured our gutters on site. We're extremely happy with the service they provided. Another great thing is they warranty their work, which was huge reason we went with them. Our neighbors liked our roof so much they got one too! :)

Just had my roof replaced by Gil Nicholl's and Miranda's Roofing Co. Very smooth experience from estimate to contract to permit to actual roofing. Great team of efficient, punctual workers. I appreciated their covering my extensive decks front and back with plywood and tarps and taking them up every evening and replacing them the next day. Great integrity, honesty, efficiency and experience. First rate materials. I would not hesitate to recommend to my neighbors and friends. Beautiful new roof.

I collected several estimates for a new roof and I decided to go ahead with Miranda's roofing.
Our roof was replaced in 4 days with also repairs for wood rot.
Gil and his crew were amazing, kind, punctual, hardworking people.
Every day they cleaned up around the house and the roof looks great.
Working with Gil was a pleasure. He is a honest, punctual and kind guy who helped us out with everything we asked him for.
Nothing was a problem for him to arrange.
I forwarded Miranda's roofing to friends as well because Gil and his crew
are an excellent choice for a new roof and wood rot repairs, which I doubt you will regret.

Fast forward one year. The repairs have failed. Called him to come out to look and just a new roof was recommended. I've subsequently had other quotes and their were critical about the repair that was done--that it was temporary. I wasn't told temporary. I failed to mention the first time that I paid his worker a check to his name? Instructed to do so by Gil. Will never do that again. I did appreciate how quickly he came out but the outcome was not the best.

Gil responded quick to my roof leak issue. Was there the next day with David and pronto my roof leak was finally resolved. Had another person work on it previously and obviously did not do the job correctly.

David fixed the leak and worked on a few other roof issues they also noticed. Gil showed me pictures of the other issues that may present as a problem soon. I would highly recommend them to family and friends, because they know what they are doing!
