Brad Dobrinen, who founded and owns MIR Remodeling, has a background in construction that dates back to 1998. Brad's experience began in Portland, Oregon, where he was raised. In 1999, he relocated to Houston, TX, after falling in love with the state during a visit to his wife's relatives. Brad worked for another general contracting firm, where he learned extensively about the Texas construction landscape. Brad founded MIR Remodeling, LLC in late 2001 and has thrived as a small business owner since then.

Kelly K.This guy came out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. Before asking him to do the work, I asked him for a written letter stating that I would not owe more than what he said I would on the estimate. He refused to give me the letter and instead told me to refer back to the estimate if there were any discrepancies. Acting in good faith upon the recommendation of the previous homeowner who had done work with him, I decided to move forward. Once the work was done he charged me $2000 more than what he said I would owe on the estimate. After about 10 days of emailing back-and-forth, I decided to pay him the full amount just to be done with the ordeal. Now today I find out that he placed a lien on my property without letting me know Even though he has been paid in full for well over a month. This guy is not trustworthy and is deceitful. I would not recommend him under any circumstance.
Update: After I posted the review he did release the lien on the house.

There was NO MESS FOR ME TO PICK UP!!!! Brad responded timely to my communications. I thought the price was fair and honest.
