Company Overview

In 2007, I established MINT Exteriors in Waxahachie, TX, and operated in the DFW region until 2011. At that time, we had a team of more than 10 sales professionals and achieved significant success in the construction industry, but we lacked essential insight into the insurance claims process. So, in 2011, I chose to step back from construction and pursue a career as an insurance adjuster to learn the claims process from the viewpoint of the insurance companies. From 2011 to 2019, I worked across 15 states, handling disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, hailstorms, floods, and daily claims. In 2019, I chose to reopen and rebrand my construction business. I aim to support the local community and customers throughout the entire claims process, from beginning to end. Insurance providers do not aim to take advantage of or reject claims, but frequently, claims are missing important details or funds in the estimates. I strive to help every customer as if they were my own grandparents.
