Back in October of 2023, a heavy hailstorm came through the area and my roof needed to be replaced. I cannot say how pleasant it was to deal with Jonathan Chambers, who came by my house to offer help in repairing my house and solutions to make things right. I am not experienced with hail damage, but Jonathan was really professional and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I must have had 20+ solicitors for roofing at my door, but Jonathan showed a certain trustworthy trait that I felt deserved a listen to. Also, Jonathan was great in quickly returning my calls and that is a huge plus for me. After signing paperwork, the roofers came and were efficient and timely, cleaning up as they went. The roof and areas of my house were treated with respect and I am really happy with the results. Miller Storm Roofing absolutely provided me the best service, and they delivered on time. The staff at Miller Storm Roofing were just really nice to do business with (from beginning to end) and I think you can rest easy and feel confident that your roof repairs will be done right with the Miller Storm Roofing company. I signed a Repair Agreement with a total amount and when the roof was done sent an invoice for $948.50 more. If you make a customer sign agreement you should stick to that agreement!!! Do not let them talk you into anything until you have confirmed with your homeowners association the guidelines for replacement roofs. They said they had done roofs in my neighborhood and I could change the color of the shingles to anything, wrong!!! Do your research!

Had a great experience with Tony and his crew. He was very patient with all my questions. I'm always suspicious of door-to-door salesman. He was polite and even though it took three or four separate meetings to answer all of my questions he was very patient with me. Super honest and trustworthy. The work was done on time, on budget, and good quality. I appreciate how respectful they were of our property. They covered the pool and protected the plants during the installation. I would recommend Miller Storm and to anyone who asked.

My door has a ""no soliciting"" sign clear as day on my door. You should've just walked away but you knocked... didn't get an answer and left a flyer. You guys are a dime a dozen... if I need my roof checked I'd call someone but not when you guys push it like this.

Bruce and Cameron came by one afternoon and offered to perform a free inspection on my roof. Normally I am not very tolerate of ""surprise"" visits but something from the start told me these folks were different. My intuition was correct as they turned out to be the most friendly, knowledgeable folks anyone could ask to deal with in these circumstances. They went up on the roof, made a quick repair and showed me several pictures they had taken of damage. After a brief discussion, we agreed to to ahead and file a claim and they literally took care of EVERYTHING...it was so easy for me as the homeowner. A couple days later they came by with some samples and we decided to go with a class 4 replacement. They were very accommodating and flexible to my schedule and were always prompt with their responses and appointments. The installation itself went as planned and the crew did an AMAZING job at keeping the mess to a minimum. Once completed, I'm pretty sure my yard was cleaner than when they started!! Overall you could not ask for a better couple folks and crew to work with for storm damage. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services!!
