Roof repairs after Hurricane Milton were done beautiifully....can't even tell where the repairs were done. Very fair price for a very quick response and excellent workmanship. Not my first great experience with Millard. True professionals.

I wold not recommend. The gentleman that showed up was friendly, but in my opinion very dishonest. He exaggerated the condition of my roof to sell an entire replacement. I had a few other qualified estimates that said the complete opposite of what Millard said. Bottom line, I would go elsewhere, or at the very least get a few more estimates.

Millard Roofing was the subcontractor for Lennar in 2006, and installed the roof on my new home. The roof did not last ten years before it began to fail, causing over $7k in damage that needed to be repaired BEFORE I could have the new roof installed. They refused to do anything about it; in fact, Lennar voided my roof warranty (unbeknownst to me) four years into owning the home because I had an addition built that joined onto the substandard roof they created. Terrible customer service; if the choice is them or doing it yourself, I recommend you do it yourself. Even if you don't know what you are doing, you likely will fare much better in the long run.

Excellent customer service and speedy scheduling! Brandy was very helpful on the phone and when Greg B. came out to assess our issue, he thoroughly inspected the area, figured out what the problem could be and planned to resolve our problem. Millard Roofing more than exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend their services!

I have been in the Real Estate industry for more than 20 years. On different occasions in the past, I have recommended this company's service for replacement and repair of roofing in the Tampa area. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of thinking this self proclaimed family business was still operating in 2016 as they have in the past. To that end, I referred them to a client who needed a repair. They were promised call backs 3 times for service before they gave up. A couple of weeks later I went through a similar situation. I needed a roof to be repaired (that they actually originally installed for an area builder) and I was told I would receive a call. Nothing. So I called again and happened to catch Rusty in the office. He told me they were running 12 weeks on repairs, something that should have been disclosed to me in the original conversation. Anyway, he said he would have someone contact me since I am in need of something more immediate to keep a contract in play. Nothing and that was two days ago. The old expression still applies. People do not care how much you know if they do not know how much you care.

Great family business. They re-roofed my house in a very quick, thorough, and clean manner. I was provided a wind mitigation inspection by Greg, and I ended up getting a nice insurance discount. I would recommend them highly!

Stopped in their office one day and the crazy bitch in the office started yelling. Started screaming ""what do you want, what do you want, what do you want, what do you want."" She must have thought I was a salesman or something. There is no reason to yell at anyone walking in the door of a business during working hours, unless I had a gun and I was robbing the place! My friend owns one of the businesses two doors down and sent me over to discuss my leaking roof. I just turned and left. I'm telling you, she was a nut case. I talked to others about it and they confirmed they had problems with the company also. You can do better.
