Just finished my roof repair with Milbar in Naples and I am very satisfied. The process after Irma took a bit of time, but that was very understandable. Brian from Milbar kept me up to date the entire time, despite the fact that I was not on-site for most of the project. Additionally, he was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question (text, calls etc...any time, all the time). I, like many others, signed an Assignment of Benefits agreement with Milbar, which allowed them to negotiate on my behalf (and, as the name implies, assigns my insurance benefits over to them). I understood what I was signing, and had confidence that Milbar could negotiate with Florida insurance companies better than I could. To that end, Milbar was able to get a fair price for my roof and agreed to complete the project within the insurance claim (barring unknown defects etc). The work is now complete and within the scope of the quote. I have had the roof inspected by an independent third party and they told me the roof was well done and ""they did everything correct"". This was very comforting, as I have not been an active participant in the project. Brian, and to that extent, all of Milbar, were professional and competent. I never felt deceived or mislead in any way. They performed what we agreed to and according to a third party roof expert that I paid, they did so to an ""outstanding level"". I highly recommend Milbar.

Beware! These people are crooks. They make you sign a contingency to "" talk to the homeowners insurance "" and fight for more money. I, the owner ended calling the insurance company numerous times and getting more money for the replacement of the roof because the sales representative of Milbar told me that the insurance company was dragging their legs. They try to low ball the estimate but leave out things like the soffit or skylight replacement because Milbar doesn't do that, someone else does that and not them. Since when is a company that calls themselves construction & roofing doesn't do the soffits and skylight replacement? Seriously? They do have a very, good sales approach to hook the clients into an excuse to talk with the insurance company to get more money for the roof replacement. A contingency that will cost an arm and a leg to break.
