Called for an estimate for my property in Lucerne (up the street). Made an appointment and drove all the way up from Santa Rosa and he didn't show up. Called his answering machine he didn't return my call. Called again 2 months later and was almost set up for a no show again so I called him out on it and was told my roof of less than 1100 sq ft was too much work. Call Yanez Roofing if you want a team that actually wants to work, is reliable, and does a good job.

Mike is the best! He comes prepared, polite, on time, and with a great crew. After it is done, he comes back to check after the first rain to see if everything is perfect. I have had him put a roof on my business and my fraternal organization. Both were superb in quality. You cannot go wrong with him.
