He took care of everything, from scheduling the workmen to remove the old countertops to having the new countertops installed, this happened on the same day. The plumber came the next day to reconnect the plumbing and they came to hydro seal my new countertops . The whole job took just two days! Linda

this is directed to Amber, office worker, you told me the roofers would be at my home on Friday May 13th after I had to call you and find out where they were, they never showed up on Thursday the 12th as planned, your leader forgot to call me, not good, but I said ok, they showed up at my neighbors house on Friday and started to take off her roof, no on showed up at my house, I had to approach the crew and ask when they would start my roof, no supervisor, no one spoke hardly any English, that does not bother me, but how can I get answers when they can't communicate they finally came over at 2 pm, did the back side of the roof and were gone before 5 pm, left a mess on the ground, I am not happy, this is not what I expected from Mike Willis Roofing. You did a job for me before and it was great service, this is not, I am not happy with the service so far and very concerned with the work performance will my roof be done correctly, will there be a supervisor and also, no permit has been posted, what is going on? please call me Monday, to let me know, my husband will be at radiation treatment at 9 am, please call me before 8:30 am or after 10 am I will be waiting for your call Eileen Moran 321-549-4151

Do yourself a favor - do not use this contractor to repair your roof. Original quote to repair our roof leak was $800 . . . after three failed attempts to fix the leak the company presented us with a NEW quote that would have cost us an additional $2200. It was obvious to us that the company really wanted us to go away. They offered us two options . . . pay the additional money OR they would return our $800 and we could go to another contractor. We chose to take our money and move on. The company promised to return our money within three days. When we did not receive the refund after a week, we contacted the company and were advised that they would NOT return our money but would instead give us an $800 credit which, of course, was of no use to us as we had already contracted with another company. Mike Willis Roofing & Construction was not honest in their dealings with us . . . typical bait & switch!

We discovered one of our windows was leaking a few months after our new home warranty expired. It wasn't just leaking - it was like an internal downpour. We tried to caulk the inside ourselves, but we knew the water had to be coming in from somewhere. We used Mike Willis when he was with a previous company, and thank God he's still roofing. Back after the hurricanes, so many people tried to rip us off. Mike was the only person who told us the truth and earned our roofing business for life. They sent someone to check out our roof within a few days. Good news is the roof is solid. The problem was our window was never sealed properly. Mike's company sent out their painting team. Darren arrived, masked up, and came in to take a look around. He discovered the inside caulking was pretty bad. He was able to fix that immediately. They pulled their huge ladder off the truck and climbed up to the second floor window to find a huge crack in the moulding around the top of the window. Darren was able to seal it properly. Guess what? No more leaks! Happy wife, happy life! Super professional from the first phone call, to the same-day follow up, to the excellent service. I didn't know they did construction too. We're building an addition on to our house, and Mike's team will do that work for us too. Very satisfied.

What a joke...never returned calls weeks later I finally get a hold of them and they said they didn't have someone to do the roofing job...I called a roofing company didn't I...contractors that come out and do not give estimates or call back are just wasting your time and there's...Don't waste your time here! They don't respect it obviously.

Work began on my roof the middle of Feb.20018 at approx. 1:00 p.m. by 3:00 p.m. they broke off a water spigot in the wall.My water was shut off with a promise to be fixed the next day. Didn't happen until I called a plumber 46 hours later. In the course of the 13 days it took to complete the installation they also blocked the entrance to my garage for 4 days and put a foot through two places in my ceiling. I understand things,accidents happen, but I was sadly disappointed in how they were handled. Although they deducted $100 off for the ceiling ""inconvenience"" they charged me $75 an hour for 4 hours to replace rotted wood. They never worked a full day or everyday and again took 13 days for a 900 sq ft roof.

We had a new roof installed in July 2015. We lost shingles during hurricane Irma. I was a bit shocked as it is only a 2 year old roof and many of our neighbors had their roofs replaced by other companies and did not loose ANY shingles. But ok, it was a hurricane. I called to have them come out and replace the lost shingles and was told they are charging a minimum of $300.00 to come out. I was aghast!!! I told Mr. Willis that my roof has a 7 year warranty and I should not have to pay anything. He stated that we had a hurricane and his warranty does not include acts of God. I might add that it does not state this anywhere in his contract. Basically, they do not stand behind their work. I also felt that their charging a minimum fee of $300.00 to come out is price gouging and I notified the Attorney General of this practice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

After dreading the arrival of our roofers for replacement, we were pleasantly surprised. This crew was amazing, and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and done correctly. The crew kept us abreast of the repairs as they moved along. They not only moved my yard art out of their way in the yard, they also put them back when they were done and almost in the EXACT same spot. Details! They cleaned everything up each day as if they were not returning to the job tomorrow. It took them 2 days to replace my roof. I would HIGHLY recommend this crew to do their repairs.

Best contractor I have ever used. My addition to my house went very smooth with no hidden surprises. The estimator Jimmy did a top notch appraisal and my addition was done ahead of schedule. Awesome crew.
