This is a totally unsolicited and I'm sure unexpected review. I called Mike for a quote to replace an eave on my home. Mike's voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message. Thinking that was the end of that, I hung up and started looking for the next roofer on my list.

And then Mike surprised me! He called me back within a few minutes to see if he could be of service. I told him what I needed and he set an appointment for the next business day.

He showed up on time and I showed him what I thought needed to be done. Then for the second time, he surprised me! He told me, while it could be done, that there was a better solution, one that wouldn't be as destructive, or expensive. Or involve him!!!! After making the effort to drive to my home, he recommended a simpler solution I hadn't been aware of!!

He was honest enough to educate me in his area of expertise and recommend an alternative. I thanked him profusely and he left.

This is an honest guy who is placing his customers first. He could have done what I asked and charged us an arm and a leg! But, instead chose to be upstanding and honest. What he suggested turned out to be viable and the best way to solve our problem! Of course! Why wouldn't it have? He knows his craft and that was blankly obvious.

So while I never hired him; you should. I heartily recommend Mike Moreno Roofing!

Well it's been a year and 2 months - The roof is holding up nicely. Mike and his crew did a great job. No nonsense, if there was rot fix it, they cleaned up every night and finished when they said they would. Thanks Mike for a job well done. Cheers!! 8-)

I called mike to tune up my roof he was here on time and did a fabulous job. I checked with another roofer and mike was more reasonable .
I suggest you use him He was so great to deal with and all was cleaned up

Mike knows what he is doing. He is fair and reasonable. He put a roof on our first house 10 years ago and he and the same core crew are putting a new roof on our second house. Mike is trustworthy and I am totally satisfied with all aspects of both jobs.

On 8/12/2014 I contacted Mike Moreno for an estimate to repair a tile roof leak. He came one hour later and said that he was 98% certain that he found the leak, enabling Mike to repair the suspected leak during his visit. The next rainy season will confirm if Mike was right - I think he is, but will know when the repair is tested. His price was reasonable, and I will consider him again in the future.

I needed the eave on the side of my house cut back to make room for my RV and Mike hooked us up! Very professional. Everything he said would happened did happen and in a timely fashion. I got quotes from a few local roofers and Mike blew them all out of the water! Keep it up Mike!

Over the past year, Mike has repaired the roof at my house and my rental. He is VERY reasonable. On my rental, I compared 3 roofers for two roof leaks after a large rain storm. One contractor was $1400, another was $1000 and Mike was $400. The warranties were all about the same. All his repairs have held up!

Good repair guy, good crew, reasonable. 5 STARS!!!!
