My parent's house needed some repair, Mike gave them a fair price and proceeded with nothing but satisfactory work and professionalism. i always dig a little further into reading YELP reviews, beware of the Karen's who leaves bad review for everyone they meet or had services with. I know plenty of businesses suffer from bad reviews but always do your research. I would recommended this company to everyone!

He came out and looked at the roof leak. Explained to us what the problem was and how he was going to resolve the issue. Then, he gave us a fair estimate and set a date for the repair.

Mike repaired my roof and did a good job trying to correct my roof on the front corner. Two years later, I had a small leak from an overzealous pressure washing crew and called Mike again to repair the small leak. He gave me an estimate $600 and stated it would not be higher than that. I was going out of town for business paid him in full since I thought I could trust him due to my experience before with him was good. I had to call and text him multiple times to get the job (he had truck issues, etc.) then he came and repaired the leak at night, which I didn't feel comfortable about. I've not had issues with the leak but the repair cost $300.00 and he never offered my money back. When I contacted him (multiple times) he said he would give it to me as a credit in pressure washing! Never pay this guy up front! I never got my money back. I'll never call him again.

They asked me to text them some pictures of the work required, when I did that they told me that they received them and they would get back to me. That was 7/4 and I still haven't heard back from them and today is 7/12.

Paid mike 1500 as a deposit to fix my roof repairs. He said he was coming to get started later that week. The following week we had not seen nor heard from him and he did not responds to texts, calls or emails. Eventually later that week, after mentioning that we would contact our lawyer, mike responded with a bad attitude and lack of any professionalism. We requested our money back and are still waiting, despite him saying he is going to send it. It has been almost a month.

I used All Florida Certified Roofing when I had a sudden leak in my bedroom. The owner, Mike, was very personable and he explained the situation with photos he had taken. His quote was reasonable and the work was completed quickly and with no mess. His lengthy experience with roof repairs and replacement comes through in his delivery of good workmanship. I give his name to neighbors and clients who have roof problems and they always thank me.

We had our roof repaired by Mike and All Florida Certified Roofing last year in July. ( 2 year warranty on leak). We are snowbirds and just came down here in March to find the leak has returned. Been calling Mike for 2weeks straight to come by. Still waiting. And it's raining again.
