My experience with Mike Boucher Roofing was 5/5. Mike came out to inspect only a couple days after I first called (he came on a Saturday!), My insurance company had told me my roof was fine and I just needed a gutter clean out. However, I could see water coming in so I reached out for a second opinion- Mike found the problem quickly. They came out to repair on New Years Day and got the job knocked out! I really liked how he sent before and after photos so I knew the issue was real and resolved. Work was completed quickly and professionally, communication was easy. Overall great experience!

We used Mike Boucher Roofing for a roof repair in September. They were very easy to deal with from start to finish. An appointment was scheduled quickly to get an estimate and when Mike came out (on a Saturday!) he was very informative and consultative. The repair was made a few weeks later and everything looks good and functions as it should. The only complaint I have was the mess that was left afterwards from some woodworking. I still appreciated the ease and professionalism of the company.

We called Mike a day after Hurricane Irma roared through the area. We had discovered some storm related roof damage and were concerned because we were scheduled to fly out of state just a couple of days later. Even though he was overcome with storm calls, Mike came to our house the next day, working almost in the dark, and completed a temporary repair so that we would not have to worry during our trip. He effected the permanent repair just a few days later. A few days after that, we discovered a roof leak that we did not know about in a different section of the roof. Again we called Mike, and again he came right out, discovered the problem immediately, and completed a permanent repair within a few days. I might also note that many companies might have increased their charges significantly in light of the volume of storm related business, but Mike did not. In fact, I was frankly shocked at how fair and reasonable his charges were. Mike Boucher has earned our trust, and we will not hesitate to call him for any future roofing needs, or to recommend him to our friends. In fact, we have already recommended him to friends who need a new roof (and no, this isn't a ""planted review,"" or a paid review, and we are not related to Mike. It's just rare to find someone who provides this level of service these days, and when you encounter it, it deserves a review. I also posted this same review on Google, so it may look familiar)

I had a leak at my chimney chase that had apparently had been going on for quite awhile, Mike came out (on a Sunday) located the problem and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it, he got to me in a timely manner and tore out all the bad material and got me dried in, it did take a little bit of time to get it all finished off but that's what happens when you live in Florida and have to deal with the summer rains, if I have any other problems (hopefully not) Mike will be on the top of my list to call and I wouldn't hesitate to pass his number along.
