Out the gate, this company was on the spot. Quick with quote, decent price, quick availability and very communicative. They took a few days longer than expected to install, but I wasn't upset too much; however, ever since they have been paid in full, it has been night and day. I had a recent roof leak. I have called emailed, texted and messaged them several times regarding the leak I found that was pouring gallons of water into my attic. My roof is 1 year old and still under their warranty. The Owner, Yao Cheung has outright refused to call me back or answer any of my emails or messages. I know he or someone reads these emails since the read receipt I put on my emails indicates the emails were read. I have called corporate a hand full of times and they give me the run around and point me back to the owner. IT blows my mind how a company can operate like this especially a franchise. It's been 2+ weeks and still nothing from them This company's is the worst and I would say if you are considering using them, stop now, turn around and RUN. DO NOT Use Mighty Dog roofing especially with Yao Cheung in West Orlando running the operation.

Run do not walk from this company. They are not reliable. They caused leak after repair refused to even look at the repair. Had to hire another company to fix the problem which only cost $200. We asked they offset the cost to the overall bill, and now they threatened a lien on our home for $200.
