This company has been a lifesaver! We had a busted pipe from the last freeze and they helped us right away. Great company with great people! They did an amazing job on our house and they fought to get insurance to cover things that they were not wanting to cover to get our house put back together even better than it was before. All I can say is.....
They are a money hungry business.
So worried about getting their money immediately when they don't go back and complete the job to customers satisfaction. RE-roofed our home. First rain flooded out the garage. Repaired the new roof with the wrong color shingle. Took 2 months to come repair that. Did not finish my gutters missing down spouts but wont fix it.
Gave them a 30,000 dollar job and all they asked for was money money money...
I referred my neighbor to them for a 35000 dollar job of which it took them 3 times to put a wood gate up correctly!!!!!!
I don't NOT recommend them
Owner doesn't care if he has return customers or not. He just wants the money.

Mike came out and worked up an estimate for a carport that we have been wanting built for years .
Mike was prompt with working up a plan for what we wanted and the price was reasonable !
His team that did the work were incredible!
They showed up when they said they would every time rain or shine and I'm not kidding! They worked nonstop and were so meticulous as they worked completing the job in the time we were told. I've never had workman come on time hardly ever but these guys are top notch!
Also Mike was hands on and answered any questions I had in a very timely manor!
We highly recommend Mike Hamden and his team! A++++++

I've never had a better experience with a contractor. After the winter storm in February 2021 I hired Midlo contacting to help navigate the insurance process and restoration of my home. Midlo took complete control and handled all aspects of the claim and fought for every penny from insurance to repair my house including getting an insurance reward for replacement of my roof. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond and I am so grateful for him and Midlo contracting. You can rest assured that he'll make you a priority and handle whatever contracting needs you have.

Over the past several days we had this company out to repair damage to our roof and water damage to our garage ceiling and wall. I must say that upon this being our first time to use Midlo Contracting, we were HIGHLY impressed. Every single worker we came in contact with was super nice, respective of our property, and demonstrated the highest skill possible. The quality control of people coming back to assure the work was done properly was also outstanding! The roofing repair was first class and the painters amazed me. We had the entire ceiling of our garage painted even though only a part had water damage. However, we only had one portion of a corner and wall painted and you couldn't tell where the old paint ended and the new began.

We highly recommend you consider this company for any future project/repair!

Midlo Contracting got me anew roof and gutters after I have been denied twice before. When I met Mike he had a smile that reminded me of Mathew McConaughey and was so friendly and professional that it immediately put me at ease. The adjuster showed first and I spoke with him a bit until Mike showed up. When the adjuster got on the roof Mike saw the concern on my face and he told me ""don't worry everything will be all right""
When all said and done Midlo took very care of me on my roof and Gutters and my home in general. I was very impressed with the whole process down to the job site manager Clayton who assured me that if there was anything I was unhappy with they would be sure to correct. When the roof was finished Clayton found things that I would not have noticed. He even check my yard for nails after the crew did and found many more that were missed. He made me confident that my yard my roof and gutters were at the same standard as if it was their own house. Even came back a second time to make sure everything looked good. Where do you get that nowadays!
I was so stricken with the way they managed the process I had them give me a quote for my shower THAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE NOW!!!
Frank over saw the project and helped me decide based on his knowledge and understanding that In my particular shower (which is very tiny) less was better but giving me the insight on how to make my little shower feel larger and better buy lifting the ceiling adding a light and a shelf. Where I once was showering alone now my husband insists on showering together ;)!!!
I just love LOVE my new shower. Chemo the tile guy was so professional I trusted him to design the tiling for me. He and his assistant treated my house with the utmost respect and care that I do not think I could ever have anybody else do the work except for them.
I miss all them already!
