My roof was installed earlier this year, around March. Yes, I know I'm slow at leaving a review. The whole process was simple. The crew who did the roof was amazing. So amazing, that the week after my roof was complete my neighbor came over and told me that he wanted me to know how great they were. He said that he watched how they worked and the process used for installation. He said he wised he'd have had them do his roof last year when he got his done. Thank you for being part of the SC Home grant program. I could not have replace my roof without it. The binder you gave me with all the specs and the process steps is most certainly valuable for the future. Thanks for doing what you said you would plus more!

STAY AWAY, HOT MESS!!!
If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would.
middle branch roofing were supposed to come out last week Monday and due to the storm we had to reschedule, their employee promised to call to set a new time and never did, I called starting Thursday when the storm was officially over, left multiple VM and never got a response, I received an email from them saying I was approved by the state for the $7500 state grant.
They never came out here to give me a quote.
I also received a text, thinking the text is from the State letting me know i was approved for the grant, and therefore called that number to find a different company to give me a quote, as middle branch roofing has been unresponsive for 5 days, they should have contacted me as the promised, but as stated, never did.
Come to find, the text wasn't from the state, it was from middle branch roofing that put me on an automated system, according to Josh, their extremely unresponsive and very confused employee, he says he is the only one in the office, I was put on this automated text an email for customers. They have not given me a quote, how do they put me on an automated email and text that is for existing customers? These emails and texts just cause confusion.
I have not been able to reschedule, he is unwilling to accommodate any time this week, I've already gotten 2 other quotes s few weeks ago and do not want to continue waiting for this utterly disorganized company that decided I'm a customer prior to coming out and giving me a quote, or even trying to schedule anything with me.
Between their emails and text msg I'm completely confused because they have no clue what is going on, and this just adds to my stress level THEY have created with their texts and emails.
I can't believe this company is approved by the state...
Do yourself a big favor don't go with them, you'll never get anywhere, at least I don't seem to be able to get anywhere with them ...other than confusing me and delaying my process they've done NOTHING

We had our roof replaced a few months ago and were very pleased with the results. JR is very helpful and knowledgeable about the roofing industry.
