They did my roof on a new construction 4 years ago. Slate. Cost a fortune. Was ok to work with during the process - visited a few times and understood my needs and design criteria. Not the friendliest person on the planet.

Contract says warranty for 10 years. Slate tiles are shedding off the house like a maple tree in winter. Left three messages for Matt. No response after 4 weeks. Expect he'll be out of business soon. Should be. Look elsewhere.

This company doesn't return phone calls. 18 years ago I had great service from them on a roof replacement. Look elsewhere if you want someone to pay attention to your needs.

Terrible customer service! Good luck if you have work done by this firm as once they receive the final payment, just don't have any issues with your roof. They will ignore your calls and are not responsive as my wife and I have been calling them for the past 3 months to attend to an issue with some slate tiles that are hanging down and are a hazard as they are ready to fall to the ground at any point. The receptionist will apologize and say that she will put your message on the bosses table and have him call you to set something up, only to wait days and weeks before you call them again and again only to get the same message. I have not received a response back as of today. Our roof is an all slate roof that cost us over $120,000 and is under their warranty! Consumer beware as they will not respond or honor their word! Not sure how much they pay to get their supposed diamond certification. Total scam!

The roofing side of this company is great. But they are not paying any attention to the solar services they offer. That side of the business is terrible - no returned calls, missed appointments, rude treatment. Go elsewhere for solar.

Mid Peninsula put our roof on about 14 years ago and it went very well because it was through our then contractor who had a relationship with the owners. They came back a few years ago to do repair work and installed some vents in the roof. The vents they installed are now leaking. They did send someone over a few weeks ago to look at the roof but then never sent an estimate or called to give me any info on the issue. I've called at least 4 times and left messages for Matt but no one has called me back. I emailed Ron and never heard back. This is not how repeat customers should be treated. I understand they are busy but to not even return a phone call is so unprofessional. Very disappointing customer service. I notice many one star ratings here--- I can not recommend working with this company.

Parking their truck in front of other people's driveways is not a place to wait. Calling me a ""crazy lady"" for asking you to move the truck does not help either. Do better.

Not ok to sit and ""wait for someone"" in our driveway. Nice guy, understood our viewpoint but blocking our entrance with your truck, loitering in a private driveway because it suits you is not a good company practice. Do you do this at other people's houses too?

Ron and his men did a terrific job on our new roof. They did exactly what their quote and contract said they would do and were very professional and friendly. They did an amazingly professional job stripping off the old shingles, adding a plywood sheath, adding vents, and installing new shingles, and they finished faster than they expected. They also cleaned up every scrap of material in our yard and the neighbors, recommended an insulator, and did a wonderful job on the chimney edges. We are so grateful for their fine work! Highly recommended.

Ron and team were absolutely phenomenal to work with, and our new roof looks amazing. We have worked with many contractors on our home and they were top notch. Their team was extremely professional, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with. Our job was very detailed oriented and challenging given the old style of our house, the preexisting asbestos roof, and the steep pitch and they handled it all beautifully. We had some concerns about the asbestos and how the new roof would look, and Ron was there every step of the way. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

If you could rate a company with negative stars, this one would get minus 5 stars. Absolutely miserable customer engagement. We called them 4 times last year to repair our tile roof before they finally came out to give an estimate (we should have known better at this point). We heard nothing for weeks, then finally got in touch and they told us that the had lost the estimate. They finally found it, and we scheduled a repair date. They never showed up and we got no reply after repeated calls. We just make one last attempt via phone (spoke with phone rep) and via email, but it's been a week with no reply.

We have been patient beyond reason. Stay away from this company, at this point I would not hire them to re-roof a discarded dollhouse.
