I had Micron Construction Services to replace my roof and they did a stellar job! They almost finished in a day but ran out of daylight. Everything was just as I expected and I can be pretty critical related to the details. Kevin was very professional and provided a detailed assessment of all costs at the very beginning, reviewed them with me, and the construction costs didn't deviate from the original estimate. I actually thought the price was going to be more since materials had gone up before construction started; to my surprise, he honored the original estimate pricing even though there were several weeks between the original estimate and when the construction started. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviews but my experience with this company and Kevin were completely counter to those reviews.

Only seemed interested in getting deposits. Never came thru with starting on time, kept putting me off with various excuses. Took forever to complete anything while kept trying to get more deposits for other work.
Never kept me up to date. Had to call or text him all the time. Would just ignore my requests on when a job would be completed. Some of the work was not very good.

Very untrustworthy. Kevin Hawkins promised us a referral fee but has spent months ignoring our request to send it. To make matters worse, the roofers damaged our fascia but Kevin refused to accept responsibility or even view the damage. If only we had seen the damage before recommending this company to someone else. For shame, sir.

Do not hire this company if you want the job done right! The work is below par. They did a roofing job in which he hired subcontractors to do but did not do well. We are still waiting to have repairs done after over a month. The last so called employee the company sent to our home to repair holes left by the roofers; spoke to me in such a manner I had to ask him to leave our property!
