We are thoroughly impressed with this company. Hands down quality customer service. They certainly know their stuff! We were referred to Michael's Roofing by a neighbor after the hailstorm and we have zero regrets.
Lyman came out and found damage. He was very friendly, efficient and always there when we had any questions. He met with our insurance adjuster and made the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to choose new shingles he made a color suggestion that I normally wouldn't have considered and I am so glad that we went with his suggestion- it looks awesome on our house!!
Sheree at the office was so pleasant to work with. She knows her stuff when it comes to working with these insurance policies. All of my questions were answered. Crystal was always quick to reply to my emails and got us scheduled quickly.
When it came down to getting our new roof, they showed up bright and early and got down to business quickly. We had Jose's crew and they were all so nice, hardworking and worked so well with one another. Our plants were covered, they thoroughly combed our yard for roofing nails and let our properly looking like they weren't even there...with the exception of our super awesome new roof! They finished a large roof in less than two full days- the rain on day one delayed them a little.
Several houses on our street are using Michael's Roofing. Thank you all for making this an easy process! We gladly recommend your business to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair. We wish you many more years of success.

I called Michael's Roofing because we had a water spot on our ceiling and left a message. They returned my call within 24 hours and were in the area and came right over. The technician quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. No games, no gimmicks, was super polite and professional. He was maybe at the house for 30 minutes, tops. He was very courteous. They were recommended to me by a family member and I recommend them to anyone. They do great work, as I have seen many of the roofs in my neighborhood been redone by them after some storms we have had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We decided to go with Michael's Roofing based on recommendations from our neighbors. We are definitely not sorry we did. Service was prompt, from start to finish, and professional. The appraisal, payment process and end result were perfect. This is a very busy company in our area (Sun City), yet they make you feel important and listen to you like you are their only customer. Can't say enough good things about Michael's roofing. They were fast, courteous, and came with a huge crew and did the job super fast. Very easy to work with. They did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. I recommend them highly.

These guys are AweSome!!!
1. Out of the dozen companies we called, these called back same day and made an appt for the estimate inspection same week!
2. Their man showed up for said appt on time, went up on the roof and did a proper inspection!
3. After one other company called, but failed to even show up for their appt - THEN had the nerve to stop by later with the estimate that was DOUBLE Michael's!!!! For Shingles!!! Without even going up on the roof!!! I mean we could have paid Michaels for a new metal roof and still came out a couple thousand to the better- we gladly accepted Michael's and got set up for the next week's work.
4. Michael doesn't contract out work!!! They have their own crews!!! Michael Cannon himself showed up with the crew that was set to work on our home nice and early! He went right up with them and they got set up and to work pretty quickly. He helped them remove almost half the old shingles and felt before he left- he saw for himself just how bad some of the decking was!
5. The crew moved along fairly quickly getting the old and rotten off, replacing with good quality new decking, new vents/metal chimney topper, waterproofing and shingles. In just over 7 hours, we had a great looking new roof - with new decking on most of it!!
6. His crew did a GREAT job cleaning up. We have dogs, and they made sure they went over and over the grounds with magnets to get all the old nails up!!! (I went over it with a metal detector after they left and didn't find one!!!)
