Mike responded to my call for help! A wind storm blew off large areas of my roof shingles, and I was unable to locate replacement shingles that matched my existing shingles. I checked all of the local building supplies, Home Depot, etc. I went to roofing supply stores in Palm Springs, and none of these businesses would help me match the shingles that I needed. Mike too the number off one of my shingles, and found a source in San Bernardino. He asked another contractor to pick them up, and relay them to a local job site. Long story short, he had my house and my shed repaired within a week. $350.00 all in! I later asked him to inspect a house that I was ""Under contract"" to purchase. The roof was bad, and would cost approximately $25,000.00 to replace. Mike saved me from making a bad purchase. He spent close to 2-hours inspecting the house, and identified additional problems that I didn't notice. I had to force him to take a few bucks, basically ""Lunch Money"". I tell anyone with roofing problems to call Mike Savage. He's honest and fair.

Our insurance company dropped our coverage because of some partial roof damage. We called around and got a few quotes and Michael was the only person that was honest and straight forward. Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape! Seems like other companies we were in touch with were trying to take advantage!!

I called Michael and he was able to go out and inspect our roof and give a quote in a timely manner. He kept me up to date via text about every step of the project and sent pictures to me so I could see everything.

He was reliable, quick to respond, professional and friendly. When picking out materials for the project, he explained all the differences between the types of shingles in a way that was easily understood.

I absolutely could not possibly give him and his company any less than 5 stars. Service, quality, price.... No brainer, here. Got roof work? This is the dude to call!

Michael replaced the roof on my home and detached garage in Joshua Tree. He did an excellent job, showed up as promised and on time, and had a great crew. I am really happy with how the job turned out. Michael paid attention to the little details such as painting the roof vents to blend in well with the roof color and look as new as the roof. We had to special order a skylight because of the unusual size, and the new one didn't come in for six months because of a mix-up at the website it was ordered from, as well as the pandemic. As promised, Michael showed up and installed the skylight soon after it finally arrived at my home.

I recommend him highly, and hope to use his business again for other jobs.

Highly Recommended! We had several contractors out to quote a large, three roof residential job in Yucca Valley. Michael was clear and communicative throughout the bidding process, and was able to fit us into his busy schedule. He and his team were on time, courteous, and professional, and knocked out a seriously tough job at an impressive, steady pace. We had a somewhat abnormal roofing design plan, and they were able to accommodate our vision while maintaining the quality of finish. We also had a change of plans mid-job (to add two solar tunnels) and Michael was able to work that in as well. We had a great rapport with him, and would stay after a bit to chat about the overall renovation plans, our dogs, and the high desert. In a region where it can be sometimes difficult to get quality work done, Michael was a joy to work with. A sure bet!
