DO NOT HIRE: BUYER BEWARE. Michael came out to ""fix my roof"". Charged me and assured me I had a 6-12 month warranty. The roof leaked 2 weeks later and he assured me he would show up to fix it or at least take a look. He never showed up as I waited at the house and never returned my phone calls or text. This is not how a business should be run and I would NOT recommend him/his company.

Just like another user posted here, this guy is a total scam artist. He quotes $75/hr then came out and said it would be $900 for 3 hrs of work, which I paid and he left after 2 hours anyway and the leak in the roof is still leaking. He is now ghosting me and not answering despite saying his fix was warranteed. Shame on me for falling for this scammer!

FRAUD AND SCAM!!!!

Mike says he has ""25+ years of experience"" and yet does not have a single Yelp review before 2023.

I hired these two to fix the roof of my business and yet it is still not fixed. He only ""worked"" on it for 2 hours before claiming he was done and demanded money. Unfortunately, I paid him and now he won't answer my texts and calls to come and fix his mistake. Don't make my mistake and be attracted to his cheap prices. Go to someone who isn't a CHEAT!

The other good reviews on here are prolly fake accounts or from his friends/family. 25+ years in this business and he only has 3 good review. What A JOKE. But it is my fault for falling for this joke. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

We had an appointment and he no show. I even text him 1/2 hr before appointment to confirm but didn't get any reply but I went anyway and waited 1/2 hr.

During the recent storm we had a leak from a skylight. We are very happy we found Michael Roofing. He came on time a did the repair in a professional manner. We will definitely recommend Michael Roofing to all our friends. We were very anxious and worried finding a reliable service. We noticed a leak in our ceiling and started reaching out to roofing companies. We obtained a couple of quotes for repair and Michael's price was right in line with what others were quoting for the job. Michael was prompt (early even to our appointment!) and explained everything in detail. He took videos and photos of the problem areas and made recommendations on what needed to be done. I was so impressed by his thorough explanation and the videos really helped me to see the problems. Michael pointed out areas of concern that he noticed while on the roof and provided a very reasonable estimate to complete the work.

Michael completed the work right away, sending photos again showing the work completed. I am so thankful we had Michael complete the repair on our roof and that he was able to do it in a timely manner. We will definitely reach out to him again if we need any additional repairs!

Michael's estiimate was very reasonable and competitive to other estimates I received, , other contractors were months out to start , Michael started that same day we agreed on contract and was done in 2 days on my small section compete reroof , great job and service very pleased. I had a surprise wet spot show up in the ceiling. Roof leak! So I asked Michael to come out and give me the bad news. I appreciated Michael's responsiveness, quickly responding to my Yelp question and showing up to the appointment. Michael gave me a fair price and the repair is on.

Michael sent me pictures along the way. Thanks for doing so. I have more I can share. But who wants to see pictures of a dirty gravel roof? Michael answered nervous questions I had. And topped it off with a warranty I hope I never have to use.
