Michael Manning was the roof subcontractor for an addition we did last year. They did an excellent job so when we needed some minor repairs to the main house's roof, we contacted them. I expected a runaround since it was such a small job, but they quickly scheduled an assessment and within two weeks, the job was done at less than the original estimate. They even came back out to repaint some vents that they observed needed some touch ups. Courteous, responsive and high quality work.
