This guy is going around price gouging!! He put my parents roof on when I was a kid 17 years ago. The hurricane came through and they need another one. Based on their last estimate they over charged by 10 squares (in roofing 1 sq is equal to 100sqft) on top of this they did no wood work and didn't replace the drip edge and didn't redo the flat roof that is in they're estimate. I personally did the measurements and the insurance has the same numbers I do.

I have been remodeling a home and have used many contractors in the Palm Bay, Fl area. I used Michael for my roof. His people were efficient and fast. They knew what they were doing. My boyfriend is a contractor himself and flew down to supervise the job. If he is impressed, then I know the job was a good one!!
